People above me was loud playing music all day and night I told the morning staff the next morning and still a lot of running and hitting the floor

Stood there before feel like they are not changing the bed sheets there was hair in the bed the clerk gave me a key to a room where someone else was booked then gave me a room with a twin size bed when I booked a king size bed was told that’s all they had asked for a reduction in price they refused they need an ice machine

The key didn’t work multiple times. The first night we got there and they gave us the key it didn’t work. Thankfully there was still someone at the window to help. The second night we got back to the room and the key didn’t work at all. It kept going red. It was about 1am and there was no one at the front office. Ridiculous. The whole point of a “hotel” is to be able to come in and out whenever I please. I almost had to sleep in my car if the room key didn’t work. What is that? I paid for two nights I should be able to sleep in a bed for two nights NO PROBLEMS.

They need new bedding ( it had burn marks) the carpet felt gooey and weird, the tv didn’t work, the phone didn’t even have a connection cable, the bathroom doorknob was coming off, the highway noise was very loud. No comfort at all!

Rooms where dirty,holes in the wall,and bed sheets pillow cases smelled,would not recomend also some shady stuff going on in the property parking lot,never coming here again
