Clean and pratical.alot of international plug to use in the room. Service is good.. Gym n swimming is on level 17..good view

I would like to recomment this with out smoke room Bcs smoke floor very bed they coudnt put any cleany air room and floor Breakfast was great Room is great disaner Lunch rest was great food Car parking area free Very save place and near by every mall and shopping Staff is great hospillty Only one things leass information about room nobody asisst untill room

I love the place. very quiet. Breakfast is good and the indoor pool have to try.

The staff at the place are excellent, the hotel is excellent, and the bed is super comfy. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good place to stay in Jakarta. For transportation it's great too, with the LRT and TransJakarta stops very close to the hotel. Only issue I could really find was that there isn't much in the way of eateries within easy walking distance of the hotel.

I love this hotel because it has so much optionality for us to book and when I arrived, it was basically a 5 star treatment like magic in Disneyland; I could feel the warmth of the staff getting ready to help me settle and be comfortable. I went to the gym once and it was also very clean and well facilitated.

Location was great and had a very comfortable stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Was easy to order grabfood as there's a grab delivery locker too.

The hotel location, cleanliness and services are perfect! staff are friendly and helpful. Morning Buffet Breakfast spread is great and suitable for multinational traveller. The hotel's room soundproof very good and can rest well.

It is okay for business short trip. There is few things that not good, TV is still old version, you can even use your YouTube or Netflix. Location not that good, there is nothing nearby. Room is dark.

Baskets doesnt have plastic , good hotel but for price , lt must be better

Second stay at the hotel. Location is great however do expect heavy traffic during rush hour. Room is kept clean but showing some age and maintenance needed. Hotel had a black out/power cut on last day of my stay. A lot of inconvenience. Not able to shower and unable to go downstairs as lifts are not working. Will I come back again? Maybe.
