Great location, amazing people and spectacular breakfast..highly recommend

The room is quite big and clean. It is also closed to toll road both to jakarta or out from jakarta, make it very ideal to be a transit in and out of jakarta.

Strategic places with easy access to MRT Food : good Facility : ok View : city view

The AC failed and they had to re locate my room. The second room also had issues with the AC. My room was opened when I arrived the second day and there were trash there, when I tried to talk to the staff they just ignored the claim. Nobody did anything about my room opened and even a perfume disappeared. The only way for them to come and clean (at night) was telling them “bro whatever, if you don’t want to come and check what happened to my room is ok, I’ll figure out if my things are completed but at least send someone to come and clean the trash”… No apologies, nobody cared.

Good location and integrated with mall. There’s a lot of shops and dining inside the building. Easy acces to MRT

Cleanliness: couch very very dirty and full of stains. Hotel should cover it with linen like a bed, so this can be cleaned between each client.  Carpet was full of crumbs from previous renter.  Location: closed to PIM malls. But website indicates 15 min to BLOK M. consider 30-40 min instead. poins mall is rather empty.  Amenities: lack of plugs (none in the bathroom for shaver, no plug next to bed for charging phone, except if you unplug the night table light). Pool and fitness ok. Minimum of cutlery provided and microwave. Water dispenser available.

All good..clean hotel and hotel’s staff were very attentive and friendly. Easy to get food as the hotel attached with a mall.

I have stayed in this hotel over and over. Very good location. Clean and neat rooms. Deluxe rooms with Meteo view are my favourite. The hotel always gave me upgrades. Had buffet lunch, and that was superb. All staff in the restaurant are very good. Located with a small mall, and can buy little things what we want. Easy to travel to other areas. Metro Lebak Bulus station is next to the hotel and can go to the station even during rainy days without getting wet via sky Bridge. Whole staff of the hotel very kind, smiling, pleasant and friendly and supportive. Near to Pondok Indah big shopping mall. I love this place. Thanks to all the front desk staff, Winda, Elena, Galih, Maulana, and all others and Tryana front officer manager again.. Hope to see you again.

Mixed Experience – Poor Check-in, Decent Location When I arrived (after paying a deposit), I was told all non-smoking rooms were full, even though I had booked one. I was initially offered a smoking room, which I refused, and had to wait over an hour (after a 16-hour flight) to be given a smaller room than I booked. Room was clean but small. Breakfast was average. Pool is tiny and mostly for kids. Hotel is noisy due to nearby traffic. Reception is oddly on the 5th floor with poor signage — had to carry luggage up myself. Biggest plus: a 5-story mall directly under the hotel, great for food and shopping.

Location, amenities, proximity to train station and shops is excellent. The view was great. Hotel is not new, yet looks clean. Only issue is with smoke smell coming into non smoking rooms.

Need to improve the cleanliness of sheet and towel. The location is connected to MRT and busway. Easy for strolling around city. The food is good, lot of variety. No facilities for kids But the towel is bad. (Compared to my broken white shirt)

The location is perfect, right on top of poins mall which is also a convenience. Direct access to MRT and not far from Transjakarta station is also a huge plus for this hotel. Hospitality is also there. The two swimming pools and the garden is great, but the gym is a bit lackluster since there's not many equipment and one of the equipment was unusable. Room is nice, clean, great view, they upgrade me to deluxe from superior which was cool. The only not-so-good thing is the water heater which was not working properly. Other than that waiting for my next time to stay at this hotel again

We don't have time to used their facilities which seems okay. It should be good for family trip.
