I always like staying here. There’s pool and buffet breakfat is really great. I can eat my fave Indo food down G floor and buy favorite kopi dan teh di Diamond supermarket at LG. Wl come back. Terima kasih banyak.

Hotel staff is very friendly and supportive. Very pleasant welcome. But rooms are very small and tiny bathrooms. No good wardrobe to hang our clothes. The biggest advantage is that it has mall attached and food and clothes and everything is there. Also near station. Nice pool. Lobby area very clean. Bit of hazel for lifts. Room service cleaning is not satisfied. Unless we ask them to do it, they never do regular cleaning and linen changes. Wanted to book again, but prices have gone up.

Hotel is part of a shopping mall (a very average shopping mall) and not much going on in the general area. However, room was comfortable enough, being on 25th floor I had huge windows to a great of the urban sprawl that is Jakarta. Nice pool and sauna with a good selection in the restaurant, where they took good care of me. All in all a good stay.

All are good except the bathroom a little smelly at the firstday stay. But the rest are ok for a list staycation hotel. The food alao good.

I was there for business purpose. The room was good and clean. There’s a way to go to the nearest MRT Station which was Lebak Bulus st. Not in the middle of Jakarta but bcs it’s near from the MRT so no worries!

Been staying at Grand Whiz regularly since 2018. Overall comment and feedback had been positive. However, during my last stay from 27th to 30th March, was disappointed to find out that the gym is in very bad condition with still interior and very strong stale stench of the room.
