Reviews of Terraz Tree Hotel Jakarta

The hotel has a large lobby, wide bed, and wide table for working with my laptop. I got charged around 50.000 IDR for early check in which is fine for me since i come 1 hour early (I have remote working). The room service menu is sooo good!! With a very cheap price other than room service in other hotel. The minus is the light is too dark in the room (not instagramable), a bit dirty on the table side and the smart tv is not working well. Thank you.

I recently stayed at the Terraz Tree Hotel Jakarta, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The location is fantastic! Situated in the heart of Jakarta, the hotel is just a short distance from some of the city’s best shopping centers, restaurants, and cultural attractions. It’s also very accessible to public transportation, making it easy to get around. The hotel also features a lovely rooftop garden where I spent some time relaxing and enjoying the city views. It’s a peaceful spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring Jakarta. I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, but it looked well-equipped. For the quality of service, comfort, and amenities offered, Terraz Tree Hotel Jakarta is exceptional value for money. I left feeling like I got more than I expected for the price.

Kamar bersih,staff ramah cuma satu yg kurang. Teko di kamar kotor dan gelas kotor. But its okay karna ga pake

I booked for 2 nights and after I entered the room I immediately want to cancel for tomorrow night and find other hotel. Unfortunately they can’t grant it and I have to stay there for 2 nights. The bed sheets is not comfortable and clean, I have to ask the cleaner to change my bed sheets because it is dirty. The room is not like in the picture. The breakfast also not good. In conclusion, I guess I will not stay in this hotel again.

It’s a good hotel with good staff and service however it’s due maintenance.

the hotel looks so fine. i like the smell of the room, bed cover and towels, but the AC kinda old and it takes time to make the room cool. the bfast is good.

The amenities was so so. Breakfast was also so so. But overall is good for the price and location.
