Beautiful clean hotel room, location was fantastic and good customer service

The best hotel experience so far. The ambience was luxurious and the food was great! The hotel is next to a mall which adds to eats appeal. We are surely coming back!

Brought my family bere and they were super happy. Room was really clean & there is a mall just next to the hotel which is so convenient. The only thing that can be improved is the check in time, we went at 4pm yet the room was not ready

Upgraded to one of the higher floor but I could still hear the traffic. I really love the big bathtub, would have love to use if not for work! Like the gym too but I don’t know how to operate the treadmill. Would have love to have a staff stationed there. Best bed ever, very comfortable!

Super service experience; especially Joe from Club Lounge , who explains to me some local mixed fruits drinks , and they are so tasty. I had stayed there couple times and I definitely will come back again whenever fly to Jakata.

Is really 1 of the most lovely hotel in Jakarta, all staff were very friendly. I do will like to thank Jennifer for being so helpful and nice, from my check-in till I check-out. I would return if I in Jakarta again. Thank you and appreciate for arranging and set up my lovely room.

Nice lobby but the room was a bit poor. What i knew is st regis is elegant hotels but in here you can see and feel not really elegant. Overall 6.5/10

Stayed here for a family birthday celebration. Guest service and breakfast were fantastic! Great location and view. Check in was smooth.

This is I think the best hotel in town, after I tried many other 5 stars hotel in Jakarta. Despite the big and nice bedrooms, the hotel is very luxurious, they have a very nice bar & restaurant (near the check-in area). Don't forget your swimsuit because the top floor swimming pool is amazing and water is very warm ! I think more than 35 degrees. As usual in Indonesia 5 stars hotel the service is top level, but this time I had a great & kind help from Vindy who helped me to handle very late check out as I had a late flight on my last day of stay, and coming at breakfast to say "hi" and asking if all is going well, is always making client feel very special, thanks again Vindy !
