Nice and good location with cheap price… located at block M in the heart of Jakarta

The location of the hotel is in blok M Mall, so fetching and dropping off from the hotel front door can be a bit confusing and not so easy. Calling Grab or e hailing cab is the best option. But the area is very strategic, in the middle of arrays of shopping complexes, both local and international brands, lots of convenient and hypermarket nearby, lots of places to grab great coffee (the coffee here is superb!), great choices for food, and nearby to MRT Blok M. The hotel itself is a new hotel, nice and sleek interior, though the room a bit small. Overall, we love staying here!

Having had bad experience elsewhere, booked only 1 night to see. Empty lobby with staff hiding in the corners. Room with no windows, old and worn out. Shower hardly any water coming out. Provided WIFI password does not work. AC not cold at all. At 8:00am someone knocking on the door non stop, In incomprehensible English he advises me he is housekeeping to make the room., Insane? why on earth would you go knocking on guests door at 8 am asking to make the room and why would you continue knocking if guest does not open the door?

Stayed here for 1 night and some of my impressions are the room is spacious enough and the staffs are friendly. Located in Blok M area so it is pretty close to everything. Downside is the WiFi is on-and-off connection.

My second time staying here and the M is as nice and comfortable as before, with very clean rooms and friendly, attentive, and caring English-speaking staff. Literally a stone's throw away from Blok M Square and adjacent to the Japanese district which has an East Asian grocer, a Starbucks, and myriad Japanese restaurants. The other Blok M area malls are within each walking distance as is the MRT, and convenience stores are ubiquitous. Convenient is that each level has a table and chairs to sit outside one's room, and smoking is no problem since this area is adjacent to an open-air atrium, with a hot/cold bottled water machine beside. There are two lobby areas on the ground level which provide extra security as the inside lobby can only be reached by key card. Round-the-clock coffee is available at the push of a button next to reception and is free. Rooms are modern and well-equipped and include a spacious and well-lit work surface, rainforest shower, hot running water in the sink, a safety box, and opening windows with a roll-down shade -- features not often found in mid-range Jakarta hotels. The room light is on a dimmer and there is a padded bedseat beneath the window. Internet is quick and reliable. This stay was during Covid time so the kitchen was closed and breakfast was brought in, and the staff made sure to get vegan food to suit my dietary restrictions. (During my last stay the kitchen was open, and breakfast was fresh and tasty and of good quality.) A solid value-for-money choice; I'll stay again.

TRAVELLER WITH CAR BEWARE, the location of the hotel is inside the mall complex and you have to pay the parking hourly, other than that everything is perfect

Nice hotel, the suite room is large, near from shopping centre and blok M area, the pool located at 4th floor, its clean and the kids were happy. The breakfast completed and the taste was delicious. The low water pressure need to be attention.

We had 8 days fullday meeting in this hotel. Meeting room is clean and spacious. Food selection for coffee break is nice with lots of varieties. Service is excellent esp from banquet team (mas febi, mas ilham, mas yoga, mas holgi, mas yusuf, mas rizki, mas pian) who are very responsive and attentive throughout the period.

This Hotel very recomended to stay and the have good facility. The Maleo Resto & Bar very good nice place & Good Food. They have live music every Wednesday & Friday at 19.00 - 22.00. So dont be shy to come to this Hotel. Bravo Sotis Hotel Falatehan Blok M
