Perfect location and very well maintained rest! Park is the only challenge but otherwise we had a great time!

We had a great time. Room was clean and spacious. There was a lot of snow but the lobby and halls were kept clean.

This is a large resort! Right next to the Tahoe lake which is nice. Plenty of parking spaces. The hotel staff are friendly and professional. Very pleasant experience.

Excellent location, walking distance to everything! The lake is right behind the hotel. Walking distance to heavenly and two other plazas. Parking is across the street but it’s free. The rooms are a bit outdated but it’s clean and comes with kitchenette which is super convenient if you want to heat up or store food. There was a weird smell in the room I stayed in, hence the 4 stars instead of five. But overall it was a pleasant experience.

It is convenient to eat around, and there is a small supermarket. But the service of the hotel itself is hard to describe. Check-in is only at 4 pm, and they said they would call us when the room is ready, but they didn't call us until we went back at 4 pm.
