Needs improvement in room maintenance. We enjoined the activities for the kids at the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly

Great location, just a stone throw away from the main lift up to the ski rentals + mountains. Rooms are spacious and generous, even with own kitchen + dining area. Wish there was daily room service though, we only got 1 for our 4 nights stay. Wish there were more variety for breakfast like oats or omelette, and the hash brown were always dry. Otherwise, breakfast service staff were friendly + is able to replenish efficiently.

Due to the star rating, the expectations were not too high, so there was no disappointment or surprise. The only problem was that the air conditioner was too noisy. It was cold when it was not turned on, but it was noisy and hot when it was turned on. There was a kitchen and you could cook something yourself. The exhaust in the bathroom was very noisy. Combined with the lighting, it was not good if it was not turned on. . Maybe it was because it was an old hotel.

The Forest Suites is in a Great Location. You can walk, in ski boots, to the Gondola in less than fuve minutes. The daily breakfast, which is included in the resort fee, is pretty good with Real scrambled eggs with sausage/bacon, hash browns, etc.

The location is fantastic, a very short walk to the gondola and still quiet as it's just above the village. The breakfast has a variety of options. There is a charger for electric vehicles in the parking lot. Very convenient!

The room was clean, but very outdated. I could hear the footsteps above for a while. The stove did not turn on. The hotel staff was nice.

The room was in an ideal location but conditions of the room were average. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was also average. Overall, you are paying for location with a couple of hits or misses in comfort.

Staff not welcoming. Kind of rude. There were lots of unexpected charges. I prepaid on a credit card and was told I would owe $81 at checkin. Was told they needed to credit that card and recharge then charged for more money! Then they charged more for parking and other charges for total about $200 difference!!! Location is great. Rooms need some tlc

The room was very clean, and the amenities were fantastic. Mainly though, the staff was absolutely great. Very friendly and attentive.
