Premier Inn Mansfield

My booking was really messed up, not sure why but despite the fact that i was late arriving, Mandy really sorted it out, nothing was too much trouble. We arrived tired and cold and she sorted everything so quickly and was so helpful and friendly.

Had a lovely weekend stay at the Mansfield branch of Premier Inn. Libby on check in was very friendly and then again on check out a few days later. The food in the restaurant was great, especially the Breakfast. Conveniently located just off the motorway. Good value overall.

I stay here regularly and book multiple rooms when visiting family. Never disappointed. Rooms are great and real value for money. Staff can’t do enough and the restaurant onsite is easy and again great value.

This hotel is an older Premier Inn and could do with a refurbishment, however it is very clean and the staff are great. Libby on check in was fantastic, she explained everything in detail and booked all our meals in the adjoining Brewers Fayre. Room was very comfy and the bed was amazing. Overall a great stay.

The team at this hotel make it the best experience. When we arrived we were checked in quickly and efficiently by a super friendly lady and her colleague, They both seemed genuinely interested in myself and my husband. The room was on the 2nd floor, there isn’t a lift but there was only 1 flight of stairs. Room was well situated and very clean. Throughout our stay the team always had smiles on their faces and always had time for us. Will certainly stay here again.

A fantastic stay again in Mansfield All the staff so friendly and helpful particularly Callum in the bar and wayde in the restaurant Rooms are clean and comfortable Food affordable and tasty Will definitely stay here again when I am back in the Uk

Checked in by friendly staff. They booked our evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant. But when we went for our evening meal there was no booking and was fully booked. Couldn't get us in for a long time, which ruined our evening plans. Receptionist offered us local fast food numbers. We didn't want fast food, that's why we booked the restaurant. But we had an event to go to, so booked a KFC. Not happy at all. We went down in the morning for breakfast where another couple staying there too, told us that they had heard the receptionists calling us the previous evening after giving us fast food details. So not only did they not book us in for evening meal or breakfast, ruining our evening event, they then call you behind your back, but infront of other customers. Appalling. There was noone on reception after breakfast or check out to discuss this with. We are very upset with this disgusting behaviour.
