They charge for everything the parking is bad, too noisy, hallways smell, restaurant wasn’t even open when it should have, jacuzzi didn’t even work.

The staff was awesome. The room had a bad order. The parking lot is not well lite and I didn’t feel safe walking to the hotel at night.

First and foremost front desk dude was awesome… the breakfast wasn’t good, definitely wasn’t any better having to pay an extra fee for bacon and egg? On top of paying to eat breakfast. My experience there wasn’t great.. the first few times I’ve stayed were amazing.

this is the 3rd time we stay at this property this year and the hot tub does not work, when asked about this the staff says they are waiting on a part to be delivered to fix the issue. once the beginning of the year then during the summer and now in October. ongoing issue. pool was cold and hot tub was colder!

Look No Further.....honest review here, I was skeptical about staying here after reading some of the reviews , however, after a 3 night stay I can say the location is perfect, you have a wooden boardwalk that leads to the beach, a bar and restaurant....great views of the pool and ocean, everything was nicr and clean. Staff was professional and courteous....overall appearance of the resort was welcoming and clean....I honestly don't see where any of the bad reviews came from.

The price is super affordable and location has nice access to the beach. The rooms are also look fairly nice and the staff were very friendly. However, there were a number of issues. 1) The washer/dryer didn't really work. I found this out the hard way and had to air/blowdry my clothes (going to wash them again anyway). 2) There was water constantly on the bathroom floor. Not sure if it was condensation from AC ducts or a leak somewhere, but it was super annoying to walk into a puddle in the middle of the night. 3) The AC was not working very well. Took 2 hours for the AC to drop room temp by a few degrees. 4) Doors both in the unit and outside were extremely loud when opening/closing. Kept getting woken up by people. I guess this isn't uncommon in hotels but it felt especially bad here.
