Nice hotel stayed one night as on cruise next day. Close to train station and horizon terminal . Water coffee and tea in room nice big rom separate toilet and double door to shut off noise from main door

Above and beyond service for a reasonable price. The bed was so comfortable, woke up feeling great despite my hangover! The fantastic breakfast served to my room quickly made me feel more alive. Although the cooked breakfast needs to specify that it comes with baked beans. Very grateful that the beans and tomatoes came in separate dishes. Loved that!

Yet another brilliant stay at the Novotel in Southampton. Room was clean, comfortable and has the added bonus of windows that open. The staff are super help with a can-do attitude and nothing is too much of a problem. The sauna was much needed after a long day. The location is excellent with places to eat nearby as well as shops. Look forward to my next visit to the hotel.

I have stayed with my 2 boys for 3 nights and couldn’t ask for more from the stay. Lovely staff, from front desk to breakfast crew. Swimming pool on site, my boys were there every evening 😉. The saved me by booking a taxi for me from the New Wildlife Park as I couldn’t get a internet connection there, so no Uber app was working and the phone numbers I received from the people there, were out of reach. Rooms are comfy, clean and fresh. Will defo book Novotel branded hotels in the future trips with my kids. Thank you Novotel staff for having us and making the stay memorable. P.S. breakfast was amazing

Service was great, the reception staff Natascha was very helpful with a problematic booking I had and ensured it was taken care of. The bar staff were also great when I ordered some food after a busy day but before the restaurant closed. The food was excellent. I very much enjoyed my short stay and would visit again on future business trips to Southampton.

Hotel was nice and clean. The lady who checked me in was very polite and friendly, it was a welcoming experience.

Great hotel! Clean and has very good amenities. Has a pool and sauna which was a plus.

Our overnight stay was lovely! Speedy check in. Lady in the front desk was very nice and friendly. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. We haven’t tried the food in the hotel, however, you get discounts if you dine in at Fridays ( walking distance from the hotel)

This hotel cost just over 400 RMB, and the location is super close to the train station, about a five-minute walk. The room was standard, nothing particularly amazing, but nothing bad either. For this price in the UK, what more could you ask for?

It is so convenient to have a night stay here either before of after a cruise. The hotel is within walking distance about 10 minutes or less to Southampton Central Station. There are many outlets, retail stores, restaurants nearby. West Quay Shopping Centre is also within walking distance.

Novotel hotel is in good location, easy to access from train station, staff is very friendly, will stay in again

Very basic offering in terms of service and hotel amenities. Below normal Novotel standard I would say. On a positive side,hotel location is good, close to the Central Station and National Express.

Good location, the service is good, the staff is nice, my children love the room.
