Room was very clean and sufficiently big for a 3-night stay. Located near enough amenities.

The room was surprisingly clean and perfect, the bedding was spotless, and the location was excellent, very close to Southampton Central Station for trains to London, and also close to bus stops for Winchester.

The hotel boasts a prime location and convenient transportation.

The hotel is located near Mayflower, with convenient dining nearby, and is also close to Westquey for shopping and the old city wall. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. However, after staying for three days, even though we hung a sign at the door and informed the front desk, no one came to clean the room, which was not very good. If you stay there, remember to buy water in advance from the nearby Tesco, because the water sold at the vending machine downstairs is extremely expensive.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. There is a large park just across the road from the hotel.

I will come to Nan'an to attend my graduation ceremony! I used to live in Marland and often went to my friend's Cumberland to play cards, so I noticed this hotel nearby very early on. I booked this hotel directly when I returned to the UK for my graduation ceremony. Although the price-performance ratio is not high and the facilities are a bit old, I am familiar with the city center and it should be the closest hotel to the graduation ceremony hall! Goodbye Nan'an~

Food outstanding,Connor and blonde waitress ,sorry dont know your name work really hard ,jack of all trades .Thank you Chef . One thing which could help is windows in rooms sorted so can open , no fresh air isnt nice ,imagine a fire !!

Great location for the mayflower theatre . The hotel staff were great and very helpful. The rooms are disappointing. They smelt of dampness and smoke and are worn out and looking like they need a complete refresh. Saying that the bed was very comfortable and we had no issues with our stay. Parking in the multi storey is good and £11 per 24 hours is very reasonable. The hotel is good value for money just needs an update .

miserable . this hotel is spent, knackered and ugly. there has been a flood and the fourth floor reeks of damp and despair. The skirting boards in the bathroom are covered in mould. the rooms are dirty. the staff are as ever very lovely and seem embarrassed to be there. it needs updating and a deep clean. i did not eat there.

Room was clean and tidy as expected, but just wanted to give a big shout out to Connor and the young woman working at the hotel and in the restaurant. They could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this Premier Inn based solely on these two professionals who made our stay enjoyable, comfortable and ensured we were well cared for.

This is an immediate comparison with the nearby City Centre Premier Inn where I have been for the last 2 weeks. I wish I was at the City Centre location where the staff are friendlier. Also not possible to open the windows at Cumberland Place making the room very stuffy in the night and affecting sleep quality.

Excellent room and overall stay was pleasing. The kids together with my wife and I we all enjoyed the stay at the Premier Inn.
