I will never evre stay in this hotel again and will never recommend this hotel to anyone else. I already told all my colleagues and friends don't stay in this hotel, cause they had BED BUGS! it is extremely horrible and nightmare, and the hotel no any compensation at all! I had hundreds of bug bites in my arm and legs, necks, everywhere. And after I talked to the hotel, the manager Eric the day I check out, he said will definitely take action of my room 806 which is good for the next person who will be stay in the same room. But I got all the bit bugs in my body and the hotel did nothing to recovery, they said could offer me a drink at their bar!! Seriously?? what the Fxxx. that is how this hotel solve the problem!! 在这酒店住了2周，竟然发先了bed bugs，简直不要太恶心，在床上爬的，吸血的小虫子，我胳膊，脖子，身上都是被这虫子咬的，酒店在我退房后说会立即消杀我的房间，然后呢？对我没有任何的补偿，只说可以offer我drinks，去你奶奶的，谁稀罕你的drink。这么差劲的，这么脏，我现在浑身都是被虫子咬的，一片一片的，好了之后也不知道会不会有疤或者痘印，酒店竟然一点补偿都没有。这种酒店大家千万不要住，这要是被咬了，就只能认倒霉，关键恶心啊，太脏了。我跟我澳洲的同事和中国的朋友都说了，坚决不能推荐这个酒店。

The location is excellent, on the south bank of the Yarra River. The rooms are fully equipped, comfortable, clean and hygienic.
