Good location and very solid option for a short stay. Apartment was plenty spacious and, though a little beat up in places, quite clean. Service was good all round. Not much in the flats, it's a little basic, but still everything you need to make coffee, cook etc.

The customer service was amazing, no hassle at all, and they even upgraded me from a studio suite to a higher ranking one which was super nice of them, but the amenities were not so good…the carpet was dirty both in the hallway, and inside the room, tiles in the bathroom haven’t probably been scrubbed for a few years, toilet was wiggly, but I guess for that price and location it’s alright

Great location, friendly staff. Bed was really comfortable and great water pressure in shower. I received an upgrade when I checked in and had great views. 5 min walk to South Bank promenade. Will definitely stay here again.

Make staff on reception is rude and due to this I will not stay here again

Great little apartment for a solo traveller. Stayed for 4 nights but room didn’t get get cleaned once even with make up room sign on the door. Adequate gym facility. Great location as it’s walkable to the city and south Melbourne

The room was clean and bright, but on the first day, housekeeping came in to change the sheets without knowing someone was in the room. I didn't mind, but it would be better if they were informed next time. By the way, the staff were very patient and had warm smiles.

At 9:30 pm on February 20, Australian time, I returned to the hotel to wash up. The faucet of the wash basin suddenly fell off, and a large amount of water and dirt gushed out, rushing straight to the ceiling. Instantly, the water around the wash basin was flooded. I was frightened and quickly turned off the water valve and ran away. My feet slipped and fell, and I lost consciousness instantly. After getting up, I found a two-centimeter wound above and below the right eye socket, blood all over my face, the inside of my mouth was damaged, and the lens of my glasses was worn out and the tripod was bent. Since the phone in the room could not contact the front desk, I quickly asked my colleagues to contact them. After the front desk came to check, they promised various compensations for medical expenses and glasses. Later, they booked a rental and let me go to the hospital for treatment alone. At about three o'clock in the morning, I returned after completing a five-hour suture treatment operation alone, and the front desk refused to pay the rental fee. No one asked about it on the morning of the 21st. Later, I repeatedly negotiated with the employees on duty with pain and discomfort. It was not until 7 o'clock in the evening of the 21st that I received an email saying that only one night's room fee and late check-out would be refunded to resolve the complaint, and no other fees would be paid. I rejected this plan. The hotel's attitude is extremely arrogant! We strongly request Ctrip to help hold the hotel accountable and ban it!!!

The serviced apartment is quite good, and the front desk staff has a good attitude. The hygiene level is good. The location is a little far from the city, 15 minutes walk

Thanks to Ctrip for the help. The hotel is sincere, but the hygiene and catering services may be management problems or staff quality problems, and there are indeed many unsatisfactory ones. After Ctrip's help and feedback, the hygiene staff immediately came to improve. It is not possible to be perfect when going out, and you must be good at communicating with local staff. Chinese people are the most hardworking and down-to-earth in the world. Don't be too demanding of waiters from other countries.
