My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stayed in Oakwood Premier Hotel. The receptionist guy on Friday Morning, 10th Jan, was super nice, friendly and kind. He changed our room facing the city view. We went straight to the hotel after we arrive in Melbourne to put our luggage in their luggage storage because the check in start at 3pm. However, our room were already ready, so we managed to get some sleep and rest. The bed is so comfortable and we got a amazing view! So I really enjoyed our stay there for the whole time! What a great first travel experience in Melbourne! Surely, we will be back!

The hotel was what I expected, neat, clean, and overall pretty good. The staff we're great, most are Thai people, (probably the friendliest in the world š) and nothing was a problem....
I did find the location...not ideal for what I had planned that night, (Pearl Jam at Marvel Stadium) but still, it was close enough so as not to be an issue.

The furniture and kitchen equipment are very complete, which is very suitable for small families to buy ingredients and cook back!
The room was very clean, in addition to the sound of the heater is a bit loud, next time you have the opportunity to book the same hotel again

The environment is very good. The gym environment is really great. The swimming pool is very hot and clean. The location is very convenient. It is very convenient to go to the city center. There are various restaurants around and there are many dining options. I have stayed here twice. It is very good for personal and business travel. Good choice.

GGuest UserThe room was a really good size. The balcony was at a level where there was no building blocking either the view or afternoon sun - we had to pay extra for this though. The fridge didnt really seem to work, at least the freezer didnt. When putting icecreams in the freezer, they melted, so I turned the dial to cooler and then the fruit in the fridge froze our fruit. We really shouldnt need to adjust settings in the fridge/freezer for them to work. Also the toilet keep running after it flushed. The only way to stop the running of water was to push down on the flush a few times quickly.

GGuest UserI have put book 2 connecting rooms. One is King size bed the other twin beds. Both rooms are very comfortable. The twin beds are two queen size beds which can accommodate 4 people. Good view of a Yarra river and the old station across the river. Location very convenient as it connected to many different restaurants. I would also recommend using its very nice gym and warm and big swimming pool. Kingpin in the hotel mall (ask the hotel staff) is also recommended for travellers with children and teenagers. Lots of fun as their video games are great, with Laser tag and bowling.

DDommaEfficient and clean hotel. I appreciate that they are trying to be more environmentally friendly by rewarding their guests if you opt out of room service (switching towels, etc) during your stay. Also one thing I really enjoyed was the water pressure in the shower. The simple pleasures :P

UU.CLocation is great and convenient to public transport/grocery shops, room that i booked high floor with stunning view. The staff was really helpful and response/attend to guest very quick. The only thing is the check in process, although the office is just across the road, might be a little troublesome for people who brings big luggage.

The hotel is in a very good location, with complete surrounding facilities, a lot of delicious food, convenient transportation, and convenient to go anywhere in the city. There is also the famous Yarra River downstairs. The room is also very large. The rooftop swimming pool has a very good view. Recommended!

GGuest UserThe room was not bad except the microwave in the room was quite dirty and one of the stoves was broken in our room and we asked multiple times for it to be fixed but it wasnāt. The gym was very small. There is no hotel parking available but there are car parks nearby the hotel. Ā It was very convenient that there was a Woolsworth located next to the building.

There are also two supermarkets nearby where you can buy daily necessities. The only drawback is that the deposit can only be paid by credit card, remember to use Master or VISA, cash is not accepted
