When I first arrived to the room we weren’t helped to check into the room. The lady was chit chatting with a friend and not checking us in. Luckily her coworker saw and she helped us. Then when we first got to the room. The door to the bathroom was broken. The first night we ended up getting stuck in the bathroom. Besides that, the room was nice and the rest of the staff were nice.

Horrible Experience
My room had a strong strange smell my entire stay. MOST IMPORTANTLY my bathroom was out of service my entire stay as well. Toilet flooded numerous of times. Room temperature was 60 degrees the whole time without any temperature control or adjusting! I even called the front desk everyday for help but they kept saying someone will come and fix it but never did! The morning I was checking out, just before we were about to walk out a janitor knocked on the door to service the room….. MIND YOU I WAS CHECKING OUT ALREADY AND HAD BEEN CALLING SINCE IVE CHECKED IN FOR HELP WITH MY ROOM AND NOW YOU SHOW UP ON THE LAST DAY WHEN IM ABOUT TO CHECK OUT?!!

I like the staff if I needed something for my room they responded quickly and timely there was plenty of parking the Breakfast was good they had plenty food restaurants weren't far distances I like that also .Elevator wasnt swept or mopped that I didn't like but overall rooms were Air conditioned clean linen on the beds Televisions were working properly. Thank you.

The room was okay. The layout of the bathroom was not as expected as the photos do not depict the actual layout. The ironing board was broken which is did report at check out. I am also not sure the relationship between the hotel and the restaurant within the hotel huh maybe they can work together to make sure they are properly stocked with food and alcohol as they were out of a lot due to wedding and family reunion.

Dwindling quality stay.
i’ve been coming to this location for about 3 years now. it’s sad that the quality has gone down. last night’s case was mini ants. tiny little ants. running in opposites corners of the room. i was staying for one night and was more out than in with minimal clothing so i didn’t complain because when you do,you can get a room that’s WORSE. i hate to see this happen to such a beautiful and convenient location.

The Property could use a few updates: the interior shower shelf (positioned by caulk, I surmise) was drooping against the wall tile (it wldn’t support a small bar of soap or a mini shampoo bottle). Unfortunately, after running the A/C at 73 (cold for such a small space), the room would have a slight smell. The doors (bathroom & room entrance door, squeaked (WD40 was needed). Overall, the rooms appear to be smartly staged and having a refrigerator and coffeemaker and clean laundry facilities and a microwave in the hallway made all the difference. The staff were smart, delightful and helpful. We would visit and be better prepared.

I made a reservation on ******* after a canceled flight and showed up to two front desk clerks being rude to a lobby full of other folks in the same position at midnight. They were trying to clean rooms to get as many guests in as possible but were being dismissive, interrupting anyone with questions, laughing at customers' plights and mocking our concerns. When I got to the counter, they told me they had one room left, but then couldn't find my ******* reservation and unapologetically told me to leave and call ******* about it. I understand that third party apps can overbook hotels but there's absolutely no reason for them to treat weary travelers so poorly. I was very polite and they were extremely rude, and they finally refused to let me buy the last room they had, which forced me to walk to five other hotels looking for a room, finally finding one at 2am.

Nice but small rooms and bathroom. Ice maker didn’t work. Had to go down to other floor. Breakfast not included. Have you pay a fee to get breakfast

You could tell this was an old property they attempted to update. The lobby is very nice but the rest of the hotel is dated.
Phone in room did not work
Requested a hair dryer twice, never got it.
Requested extra towels, never got them.
Room only serviced every 3 days or after checkout.
