The lobby is beautiful and the staff is outstanding—especially housekeeping and the front desk. Our room was one of the cleanest we've seen during our month-long trip across China. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and well-maintained. Breakfast was rich and varied, with a spacious dining area—sitting by the window was a real treat. A big plus: the rooftop has washing/drying machines and a gym, making our stay even more convenient. We also noticed many international guests, which further confirmed the hotel's high quality and great reputation. If we had to mention one downside, it would be unrelated to the hotel—the tourist agency’s glass bridge tour. We paid over 900 yuan for two people with a guide, but it wasn’t as exciting as expected. Other attractions in Zhangjiajie were far more impressive. Overall, this hotel truly stands out—we highly recommend it!

This was a 5 star experience, it was amazing, the service was very personalized. They had someone in charge of our stay in the hotel so anything you needed you could just text the person and they will do their best to make your experience excellent. Our person in charge was 小张 and he made our stay feel so good. 100% recommend this stay, so relax. The only thing is that it’s far away from the city. So if you want city experience then don’t stay here because it is 40 min from the city. This is up in the mountain. In summary, the views here are sooooooo damn pretty and I love it.

I decided to stay for one day to try it out, but I was very satisfied after staying for one night. I stayed for four consecutive days. The young man was very enthusiastic and patient in helping us plan the route. He would answer any questions promptly. The room was clean, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and very convenient intelligence. It was cost-effective. I compared many options and planned to stay for two days, but because the stay was comfortable, I stayed for two more days.

The hotel is close to the east gate of Wulingyuan and historic interest area. It’s very convenient to start your trip from here. It’s a 10min walk from the bus station that takes you to the Grand Canyon and zhangjiajie. The streets with the shops are 1-2km walking. They have many choices for breakfast. Different vegetables, noodles, bread, eggs, fruit etc. Even cornflakes and toast if you only like western food. They change it a bit everyday which is nice. The room was good and they cleaned it every day. Only underneath the bed it was dusty. The room had automatically opening curtains and airco. I would recommend this hotel. The staff does not speak English so if you don’t speak a little Chinese it might be a little inconvenient.

The hotel is simply amazing
The owner of the hotel is a very friendly woman, always trying to understand us and help
Rooms with a balcony are on the first floor, from ours you could go out to the patio right away.
The room included welcome fruits and it was a delicious watermelon
The breakfast was hearty, we agreed on dumplings, eggs and vegetables, because there were a lot of us. Everything was very tasty.
And most importantly, the bed, mattress, blanket and pillow are simply amazing, during our entire long trip, I have not slept better anywhere. The hotel is convenient for those who want to go to the Avatar Mountains right from the very morning, by the way, try to do this in the morning without crowds of tourists. But if you want to feel like you are on a retreat, you should also stay here. We are super happy that we chose this hotel. P.s. The first photo is from the neighboring room of our friends.

The hotel manager Xiao Tang was very helpful: he contacted us on trip.com and added us on WeChat before we set off, and he provided advice and helped us book tickets for the National Forest Park, Charming Xiangxi, and Tianmen Mountain, with discounts!
The day before we arrived, Xiao Tang helped us find a business car to pick us up at the station (the price was reasonable). In addition, on the day of departure, we visited the scenic spot again and stored our luggage at the hotel. Xiao Tang helped us find a business car driver to pick up our luggage and then take us to the city.

The latest luxury hotel in the area, with good room facilities and breakfast starting at 6:30 and ending at 10:00. Especially the housekeeper Haixia added us on WeChat before check-in and sent us pictures of the hotel lobby entrance, which made it convenient for us to take a taxi directly to the lobby without carrying luggage. She was warm and patient and had a very good service attitude. She helped us plan a reasonable itinerary and gave us discounts on scenic spot tickets, which were several dozen yuan less than the official price per person. It only took a few minutes to get to the East Gate by taxi. The location is good. I recommend going to the Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie to find the housekeeper Haixia service

The decoration is high-grade, the bed is very comfortable, the quilt is snow-white and clean, and the impression is very good. The air conditioning temperature was just right, unlike some hotels where the temperature is too cold and cannot be adjusted. I will stay here again next time. The food on the first floor is exquisite and tastes good, especially the stir-fried pork intestines, which are very good. I recommend that guests staying in the hotel try them. The room was quiet and clean, with all toiletries.
There is a night market at the doorstep, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets around. It is only a 7-8 minute walk from the East Gate, which is suitable for queuing up early.
The hotel breakfast is also good, with rice, noodles, rice noodles, wontons, and steamed buns. The wontons are really good!

The staff is amazing, welcoming, and really helpful, including those working the morning shift and the evening shift in the restaurant.They go out of their way to make your stay quite enjoyable. They also have a dedicated English-speaking staff member to cater to foreigner's needs. She is amazing. The hotel is about 45 minutes north of Zhangjiajie in a serene environment. However, it is less than 20 minutes drive from major attractions. Really worth the stay!

It created a feeling of home for me, no matter how big or small, everything is impeccable, and the price is very reasonable. It is close to Tianmen Mountain Cableway, train station and bus station, and the transportation is very convenient.
2. The waiters in this hotel are all polite, warm and thoughtful. The decoration of the hotel is very warm and comfortable. There is also a tea table at the bar, and the boss will treat you to taste the local specialty berry tea for free.

CCherryT91Service was great! The hotel staff was super nice in answering our questions, helping us buy Tianmen tickets and mapping out our different options. They were super friendly. The room itself was great - spacious and modern with a great view of the mountain. It was a bit difficult to find though - you need to go back behind the hospital and walk about a block, then there is a sign that points in the opposite direction of where they are kind of, but you go around to a back building and up to the 13th floor. So that wasn't the best trying to find it, but once we were there, it was a good stay.

BBuks OLoved staying at this hotel ! 10/10 I would recommend. As a tourist from out of the country I felt very welcome and well taken care of right from when I got there. The room was clean and the view of the mountains from my window was literally breathtaking. Also, I would like to say a big thank you to the hotel staff for being so helpful and efficient..when I first got into my room, I made a mistake and ended up blowing a fuse in my room. I went downstairs to the front desk and explained the situation and it was fixed within a few minutes of me getting back to my room...thank you! I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhangjiajie

To find the hotel, look for Zhangjiajie col. affiliated hospital then walk along the street aside the hospital.
Walk until the last building then get in and take the elevator to 10th floor. There is a minimart at the ground floor of building.

GGuest UserHotel is in a convenient location - about a 10-15 min walk to the east gate entrance to ZJJ park and a 5 min walk from the bus transfer station. There are some good local eats and massages around as well.
Hotel cleanliness was slightly below average - there is dust in the crevices of the floors/beds and the bedroom counters. Floor is also uneven, and the chairs have marks on them.
Beds were average - could feel the springs to an extent.
Hotel service was not very informative - none of the staff were able to provide any guidance on touring the park, and the hotel did not seem to have a map available.
The hotel has no hot spring despite it being in the name. Massages were also 5x the price of a local spot across the street.

GGuest UserI was a bit disappointed that the swimming pool was closed for the winter; I don't remember seeing that before booking. There were many tasty choices at breakfast; take your coat there with you if staying in winter. The bed, pillows, and shower were extremely comfortable after a long day's walk in the national park. Beware of taxi scams--have the driver bill you BEFORE you get out at your destination or you might see silly extra charges tagged on later. It took several phone calls to DiDi to have our scam resolved.
