1) Paddler services are not widely used in Japan, and I thought that there are few such wonderful paddler services. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Mr. Paddler A, who was indebted to me personally and provided a wonderful service to other customers as well.
2) Regarding meals, the comfortable food menu was sophisticated, and although it was a simple menu such as salads and hamburgers, it was made with great care and was delicious! (There are some other menus that I'm interested in, and I'm looking forward to the next time.) On the other hand, I wondered if there was another menu for creative dishes and breads. (I think there are personal tastes ...)
3) Regarding drinks, there were many local products such as original drinks, and I enjoyed it very much. On the other hand, regarding the serve of wine etc., although it is a luxury hotel restaurant and from 2000 yen / glass, there is no tasting, detailed explanation, follow-up, etc., so I was reluctant.
4) The atmosphere of the room, facilities and amenities (local brands and environmentally friendly products) are also excellent. In addition, two types of soaps were installed, and I was able to choose the scent that suits my mood. However, although the shaver is a high-class item, it is very heavy and not easy to use, so I think it would be more convenient if it was a little lighter and cheaper to use.
thank you for helping me!

The first time I went abroad alone, I went to Yakushima to participate in natural experience activities and self-service travel itinerary.
This trip came to this hotel twice: the first time I booked accommodation on the platform; the second time I came here temporarily because of an emergency with another booked hostel.
For a foreign traveler who is unable to speak a language and has been abroad for the first time, I feel the kindness and kindness of the service staff here. Especially the service staff at the counter and restaurant are very patiently waiting for me to use translation software to communicate, which makes me feel a lot of warmth.
The hotel is very close to the airport and can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. The environment in the hall is very comfortable and well equipped. The lobby, rooms, soup pools and restaurants are very clean and tidy, and the atmosphere is very relaxing.
Meals need to be booked separately, and the appropriate box will be given according to the number of travelers. Dinner is kaiseki cuisine with 10 meals, breakfast is 6 side dishes plus buffet (I have not booked lunch so I don't know). Most of the meals were very delicious except for some of the salty ones for my taste. Especially some local ingredients and seasonings will be used, which will make people feel more connected to this place.
In terms of cost, the price is high for people who are used to living in backpackers. At the same time, after living in, I feel that the overall environment and service are very worth the price.
For travelers who want to relax and relax in a quiet, slow journey, I highly recommend this hotel if financially generous permits!

GGuest UserI stayed for 3 nights because the word of mouth was good. The customer service of the hotel staff is good, but considering the cost performance, it is normal. .. .. Certainly, I'm happy with the service that can look back on breakfast as a lunch box, but I think it's an ordinary service if land pattern and tourism are the main industries. I was just happy that there was a shoe dryer. The main staff at the souvenir shop was a friendly and caring person. I think massage is a hit, but if it is lost, it is stressful, so I do not recommend it. It was the first time in my life that I didn't sleep because of foot reflexology, my acupoints were lost, I felt uncomfortable, and I didn't sleep. I don't think I'm a massage guy at the time of using Rafine. . . The evaluation is 3, but the hotel itself provides a certain attentive service. Basically, near the hotel, there is nothing within walking distance. If you don't ask the tour company to pick you up, it's a tough place.
GGuest UserMorinokokage was by far the best place we stayed during our trip. The rooms were big, clean and very comfortable. There’s free laundry machines/dryers and a building open 24/7 with food and drink vending machines. Our host, Nakashima-San was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He gave us a detailed tour of our rooms when we checked in, booked reservations for us at his favorite local spots and gave advice on how to best spend our two days on the island. When the weather changed our plans, he repeatedly checked in with us with helpful updates. After we told him we were going to hike in shiratani unsuikyo the next morning, he knocked on our door an hour or so later to give us a lighter and salt in case of leeches! He also gifted us a hefty bag of tea the morning we left. Don’t hesitate, this is a really special place and Nakashima-San is a deeply caring and wise host.
GGuest UserWe stayed in the new wing, which is more expensive but definitely worth it. The rooms are huge, with large ocean- facing windows ( you can even sit in the bath and look at the sea) and a balcony. The staff are lovely and speak excellent English. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant. There is a large public bath and a well- stocked souvenir shop. Very convenient for the ferry.
