Hello, that's Elli and Eyan. We've been looking for the place like this forever! Such a beautiful small apartment we were staying in, with a kitchen and nice shower, with a hot tub and a balcony. House keeping stuff and other services are so nice and caring. Pool and jacuzzi were also superb. We were enjoying each other SOOOOO much in this beautiful hotel, super atmospheric.... People! Also, breakfasts are the best! It's soo nice to go down for the breakfast every morning. Varieties of different foods and beautiful relaxing music... Caring stuff that fills your coffee or tea cup any time you are about to stand up and get it by yourself... Recommended from the bottom of our hearts 💓

Behind the wall there is a hidden oasis. This is a perfect hotel with amazing architecture and the best outlook. Room 4 and 6 have a great view over the river to the temple. The bar upstairs is very relaxing and great selection of cocktails. The cheesecake is so special. Breakfast or diner on the terrace just watching the river and the world go by is very relaxing. I love the little lounge nook with the pillows, just ideal for reading or surfing or snoozing. Staff service was perfect. I will be back.

I really wanted to say I loved this place. The couple running the ”homestay” was really sweet and their daughter, who managed their emails, was also helpful. However, there were some issues that marred the experience for me. Firstly, the place was marketed as a homestay, though I think it would be more appropriate to say it's guesthouses on a residential compound. I was also under the impression that I would be given a room in a standalone building like the ones they posted online but was instead given a basic room in a row of three. Secondly, I arranged for a guide through the homestay and only learned from the guide when he arrived that it did not include a driver and transportation. I then paid more for the driver and car. I think this could have been made more transparent from the start. Lastly, and most importantly, the bathroom was a challenge. I don't want to go into details because some guests may have no issues, but I've uploaded some pictures, and you can decide on your own. For me, I found something unpleasant on the floor after I came back from dinner on the second day, and decided there and then I would cut short my stay.

GGuest UserA 7-story hotel located about 1 km ahead of the local road beside the Central Cape Department Store along National Highway 32 in the eastern part of Ayutthaya city toward the Japanese village. The comfortable standard specification rooms unique to hop-in, which are developed nationwide chains, are still alive here, and we thoroughly pursue functionality and comfort in limited guest room space. Because it is a uniform room specification in the whole country, there is a direction that it feels inorganic, but if the view is changed, it can be said that there is a sense of security that the high level room is provided anywhere in the whole country. Because it is a small space room specification, it is not suitable for the demand for accommodation in a large number of people, but it can be said that it led to today's success as a result of thoroughly boiling the hotel function required by a single traveler. Surprisingly, it was the first store in Ayutthaya, and the day was shallow from the opening, so bedding and electrified furniture were almost new without any scale. The appearance and interior of the building were slightly different from the previous CI color 々, and I felt novel with the combination of dark blue + white. In addition, it can be said that it is an advantage unique to this hotel that you can see the huge pagoda of Wat Yai Chai Monkong from the guest room window on the upper floor facing the north side. As for the location, although it is an area where residential land development and commercial activities are popular in recent years, there is a small 々 distance to the downtown area and sightseeing spots with restaurants, and it will be difficult to stay without a car. 々 regrettable I felt it.

WWin BkkNewly opened hostel with excellent location just opposite the main archeological sites on Ayutthaya. The staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. The dorm room was decent. I loved the 24h drink station. Light breakfast was provided, but I didn't have time to try. The communal area at the reception was great. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Baan Mee Suk.

GGuest UserDear Thailand Traveler, While in Thailand, you may decide to make a stopover in Ayutthaya Province, which is one of the historic capital cities of Thailand. If you do, you may think about a stay at The Avail hotel. First, let me tell you that The Avail will not satisfy the needs of those seeking 5 star accommodations. Having said that, if you are seeking a clean, safe, comfortable, and affordable place to enjoy an evening or two while in Ayutthaya - you will be very satisfied checking into The Avail. What I found so satisfying about The Avail is that everything works, and works well. The bathroom is comfortable and the shower is hot, the bed is amazingly comfortable and the comforter is soft and warm, the air conditioner blows cold, and the room is clean. Everything that needs to work...does, and this is something that I cannot always say about even the most expensive places. Moreover, the staff is friendly, the price is right (900 THB/night), and the location is near historic ruins, elephant rides, and some very good restaurants. You cannot write a review and say only good things, so here is the best I can do to say something somewhat critical. There is no coffee or coffee cups in the room, but there is a hot water pot. On the bright side, if you want coffee, there is a complimentary coffee cart in the lobby with both. I am sure if you asked to take coffee to your room, they would be most happy to oblige. One more comment, I did not see a strong box in the room to store valuables. All and all - a very good find. Best/Kevin

NNorth??The building is old, but the room was clean and comfortable for me. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was simple but tasty. The river view room had a good view and I enjoyed watching the trains and boats every now and then.But someone may feel noisy. I was overall satisfied with this hotel.

YYa!It was a very stylish and wonderful hotel ✨✨The design is very stylish and looks great no matter where you take a photo! The night was really the best!! There is a restaurant in the middle, and a stylishly shaped pool that surrounds the restaurant. There are sofas and tables by the pool, and my friend and I spent the night drinking there 👍 The hotel staff are very kind!! The WiFi works well too!! Notes ⚠️When using grab, ”S3 Ayutthaya Hotel” appears, but if you set the location, it will be a completely different location, so when using grab, you need to ask the hotel to pin the location or call or message the driver💦 ⚠️The amenities are shower gel, shampoo-in-rinse?, shower cap, towel, and water, so you need to bring your own toothbrush. ⚠️There are a lot of bugs (small bugs) in the room, so if you are concerned about them or have children, it is better to bring insect repellent.

GGuest UserI stayed here for five nights on the final leg of my 2022 north-south road trip. Many of the guest houses in this neighborhood are still closed, this hotel was one of the only options I could find in this area. This is a pretty typical Thai/Asian-style city hotel. Behind the hotel, they have another building that is similar to a motel in the US. This is where I stayed. From the outside, it looks good, but the rooms are very basic with few amenities. Again, typical of a budget hotel that would cost 500 THB in another part of the country. At a walk-in rate of 790 THB, I thought the room was overpriced. On a positive note: the air conditioning, hot water, and refrigerator worked well and it was very clean. There is sufficient, on-site parking for those who self-drive.

GGuest UserIt was the best experience. The host and staff of the inn were very kind. The room was clean, luxurious and had everything. When I woke up in the morning, I saw Ayutthaya illuminated by the morning sun. It was truly amazing. I was lent a bicycle and had a great time riding along the road between the two ruins. I stayed with my parents who are 75 years old. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the resort in one of the pool villas for an extended weekend. The villas are spacious and very nicely decorated, each in its own style. Ours had its balcony toward East, atop of the fish pond, which made a wonderful setup for a morning coffee (espresso machine dolce gusto in the room!). Some of the pool villas have an outdoor shower (private/closed of course) - you would have to ask for a room with it. The staff was super super helpful and friendly, assisting us in whatever we required. The restaurant with its open terrace is a wonderful setting for breakfast (bacon / ham and eggs, sausages, toast, marmalade, or Thai breakfast if you want) as well as for dinner. Food quality / taste was amazing. The whole setup is tranquil, the trees amazing (next to our villa was one in full blossom, inviting dozens of dozens of butterflies swarming up and down). Next to the restaurant there is a very cozy area with tables, chairs, benches and a swing under the tall trees. The spa was unfortunately closed during our stay but it would be reopened soon. Whenever we will come back to Ayutthaya, we will stay at Pludhaya again - next time we will opt for the suite version, on the other side of the resort, overlooking the fields. The setup is amazing but the hospitality of the team there made our stay truly enjoyable!

GGuest UserStayed Two nights from 21/09/22 to 23/09/22 Located within close proximity to the ruins of Ayutthaya, this is a great place to stay if you are on a budget. I stayed in room 14 which was a double room access from the side of the main building. It was a fairly nice room for the price however there was no safe or fridge. The double bed was also only a mattress on the floor so there was that risk of bugs and ants making their way on to the bed itself. The gardens are a nice place to sit and have a drink however you will need to stop by a shop to pick something up as there is no bar or drinks fridge. Overall it is a nice budget place to stay. if you like luxury, it probably isn't for you however if you want something a little different, which is cheap, clean and well kept, I would highly recommend.

GGuest UserAncient wood “villa” just like in the Ancient City bkk upgraded with standard hotel amenities such as king bed, fan, AC, TV, fridge, and a roomy restroom. Outside on the wrap around deck are chairs and table to enjoy a shady outside time. Hinged folding double doors open up 2 meters bringing in the outside but without a screen you can choose to open any of the screened shuttered windows which do provide reasonable mosquito barrier. PRIOR Complaints I’ve read in reviews: Cracks in floors, some boards move when walking….. LOOK Here.. these are structures built long time ago, like maybe 100’s of years. You’re in Thailand, please, these are ancient homes along the river, raised a meter, ooh I can see a sliver of light below floor. DISREGARD ANY NEGATIVE REVIEW if you want an ancient nature experience, if not go to days inn (I live days inn BTW)
