Very friendly staff and understanding very clean.. I like that they have a laundry room and it doesn’t cost so much.. prices per night are a little high..

Good hotel, clean and in a quiet location, had a good breakfast

The hotel has just been opened for a month, thus everything is new and clean. The front desk employees are friendly and provide good services. The hotel is closed to a small lake park. The room does not have its own hair dryer, thus I needed to get it from the front desk. I was surprised that the room had iron, but no hair dryers. The room rate already included the simple breakfast. It provided broiled eggs, oatmeal, energy bars, hot chocolate, tea and coffee.

My stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Reno - Sparks was unfortunately very disappointing. The noise level throughout the night was extremely disruptive, and the walls seemed very thin, making it difficult to get any rest. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The worst part of the experience happened around 4:30 AM when I was woken up by someone entering the building yelling and screaming while staff threatened to call the police. It created an unsafe and stressful environment and completely ruined the night’s sleep. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Helpful stuff wonderful location. Shopping, car wash, and food store near by. Has a pay-to-use laundry and small fitness center. Room is big and has a kitchen and big fridge, making me want to stay longer.
