They have no hot breakfast, very disappointing. 1 customer had a cat and 2 dogs front desk told customer they not allow cats.

The service is awesome very kind people
Simple no frills not a 5 star hotel but is made up for by the friendly staff non intrusive nature of the place. If you just want a place to crash for the night and not pay an exorbitant amount of money this is a good choice

The beds were broken. Breakfast was Not as advertised, it was really only a bagel and juice or coffee. There was Not a gym, which was advertised. They did not plow the driveway or shovel walkways even the next morning after it had snowed. Overall, it was ok, but not worth the money.

We always have an amazing stay here. We travel through Reno to visit family 2-3 times per year and the AB is always our go to. They are super pet friendly and so accommodating. The desk staff always goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. A few years ago a winter snow storm came through and stranded a bunch of us in town. They went above and beyond to accommodate us until the roads opened and we come travel home.
