Good view overlooking the sea. Delicious breakfast spread and it was worth every cent.

Spiez is a beautiful, quiet town. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the station, and it's uphill to get from the hotel to the station! The scenery outside the hotel is absolutely stunning, and the rooms are quite clean. The town outside the hotel looks just like the pictures.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station and very quiet. The soundproofing isn't great, which is a common issue with European hotels, so you might want to bring your own headphones or earplugs. The breakfast was fantastic; we ate our fill every day before heading out to explore the surroundings. It was a great experience! The only downside is the hilly terrain, which isn't ideal for older people. I'd recommend it for younger travelers.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the HBF (main train station), but it's mostly downhill with paved roads from the station to the hotel, so it's manageable. If you're going the other way, bus route 65 is quite convenient.

The environment is fantastic, but the room is a bit small, and the double bed is only 1.3 meters wide, which feels quite cramped. The restaurant has large floor-to-ceiling windows with a great lake view.

Spacious and great seaside view. Great breakfast everyday. Bus stop are around and great for boat ride too.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but overall I don’t think it offers good value for money. The biggest issue is that there is no air conditioning. During the summer, the room became very hot, making it difficult to sleep comfortably at night. The location is also very inconvenient. The hotel is halfway up a hill, and it takes nearly 2 km of uphill walking to reach the train station(Speiz) or the nearest supermarket（coop）. Even going into the town center requires about a 2 km walk. I would recommend staying in Interlaken or somewhere close to a train station instead. If you just want to visit Spiez, it’s very easy to take the train for a day trip, so there is really no need to stay here. Another downside is the check-in and check-out policy. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, while check-in is only from 3:00 PM, which is much less convenient than most hotels. Overall, I don’t think this hotel is worth the price because of the inconvenient location, lack of air conditioning, and early check-out time. 飯店整體乾淨，工作人員服務態度也不錯，但以房價來說，我認為CP值不高。 最大的問題是沒有空調。瑞士夏天其實也很熱，房間裡非常悶，晚上睡覺很不舒服，甚至很難入睡。 另外，地理位置非常不方便。飯店位於半山腰，不論是前往施皮茲火車站還是最近的coop超市，都需要步行將近 2 公里，而且大部分都是上坡。如果要到市區逛逛，也差不多要走 2 公里，每天都要走很多路，非常耗體力。 我會建議大家直接住在 Interlaken，或是選擇離火車站近一點的住宿。如果只是想來 Spiez 玩，搭火車一日遊就很方便，真的沒有必要住在這裡，因為無論去哪裡都不方便。 另外，checkout時間是早上 10 點，比大部分酒店都早；但入住卻要下午 3 點才能辦理，對旅客來說相當不方便。 整體而言，除了房間乾淨之外，沒有空調、地點偏遠、交通不便，加上入住與退房時間安排不合理，以這個價格來說，我不會推薦入住😥

Not too far from the metro station, bus station. Very easy to connect to famous mountain , or lake or anywhere. Staffs were full of service mind , helpful and lovely , they gave me good information to travel around. Breakfast for westerners was great, for Asia guys is acceptable. Room is very clean and comfortable.

The hotel facilities are really rundown. For over 2000 a night, the price completely doesn't match the amenities. There's no air conditioning, and even though I booked a lake-view room, I couldn't see any part of the lake from it. 😓

The room environment was generally good; as soon as you open the door, you're greeted with a lake view. The breakfast was plentiful every day. The only downsides are that the hotel price is a bit high, and it's a little far from Spiez train station.

Walking from the train station to the hotel takes about 15 minutes, especially when you're hauling luggage. Crucially, the path isn't flat; it's a hilly road with slopes, so make sure to allow plenty of time. Public transport is very infrequent, so don't rely on it. Check-in at the front desk is before 8 PM. A Trip.com customer service representative thoughtfully called around 7 PM that evening to remind me, which was a nice touch. The breakfast spread was quite varied, and the restaurant, located at the highest point, offered beautiful views. Our triple room was on the ground floor. As there's no air conditioning, we had to keep the door open for ventilation, so do watch out for mosquitoes and other insects.

The hotel has a great location and a good environment. The rooms are clean and excellent.

The environment is great, and I absolutely love the town of Spiez.

Everything about this hotel was fine and pleasant. The location is strategic and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only unfortunate issue was that my Garmin watch went missing during my two-night stay. On the first night, I am certain that I fully charged the watch and did not wear it or take it out of the room until checkout. When preparing to leave, I struggled to find it, but unfortunately, I still could not locate it. This was the only regretful incident during my stay, which otherwise would have been a very positive experience.
