The room we had in ID Regal Residence was large, clean, well-decorated, with plenty of storage. The bed was large and very comfortable. The location is fabulous, and right next to an excellent restaurant: the Bokeria Wine Bar, as well as plenty of good breakfast locations. Value for money was excellent. The only downside is that it is on the third floor (that's fourth floor if you are North American) up six flights of stairs. That's far from unusual in the old city. There isn't a luggage room, but we left luggage inside the ID Regal Residence locked door until we could get in the room, and did the same when we left. This means it is not inside the room, but only people in the three other rooms could see it. We had no trouble.

Just leaving our room after a weeks stay here. The room is very well presented with everything you need including smart tv, kettle fridge hairdryer and safe. It's right in the middle of the city surrounded by restaurants bars cafes shops and all the historical sights. The bed was unbelievable! Super large and very comfortable indeed. Very quiet at night. Daily cleaning with towel changes and water. Only one consideration and that's the six flights of stairs no lift but you get used to it after a bit. Definitely recommend this place to stay in spilt.

In the heart of the city, very tastefully renovated and a super friendly host - Ivo!!! We spent here 2 nights as a family of 5 and felt very comfortable and could explore the city walking as the place is located ideally. Bars, restaurants and breakfast places all around and the host is happy to recommend the best choices

This room was fantastic quality with a very comfortable bed. It was so close to the old town centre and all the lovely quaint streets, but still really quiet. This isn’t a hotel as such and only has 4 rooms on one floor, but they are all done out to the same excellent standard and are clean and new. We were met at the airport (by request) by a driver who took us to the rooms and checked us in - I assume he was staff there. He gave us tips and advice on where to go and was really pleasant. The only downside to be aware of is that this is on the 4th floor and there are no lifts. This wasn’t a problem for us but would be for people with limited mobility.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I booked this stay in December and 4 days before I was to stay, I informed them that I would not be able to make it as I could not enter Croatia due to visa issues. This is only 1 day over the free cancellation period and I requested them to refund my money on decency grounds or provide a solution that works. Not only Ivo Tomic from the hotel refused to help, was curt and cited policy, and upon saying that I will share the feedback - claimed I was blackmailing them. The hotels that I had booked prior to split refunded my money even though I had to cancel on the same day. They were so cooperative and understood the unique situation we were in. So don’t expect anything from this team if you face any unforeseen issues, they will cut you off and treat you poorly and accuse you of blackmailing. Policy is one thing, but respect and empathy is common sense.
