Location - a bit far from the City Centre. 30-min walk. Facility is okay, the rooftop pool looks a bit off- I think the barricades were broken or something. Too bad I forgot to get photos of the room and hotel. Overall stay is okay.

Convenient location to drive from the highway and quite walkable distance to the main attractions. The breakfast was tasty with various selections. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming! The private parking is available at 15 euro.

It's old, but the facilities themselves are acceptable. The breakfast is a little disappointing, though.

The hotel automatically provided an upgrade, and the single room became a triple room, which greatly increased the sense of space. The hygiene is average, and there is still water left in the kettle from the previous user. In addition, the rooftop swimming pool has not yet opened, and the view from outside is average, and you probably can't see the old city.

Superb, modern hotel, slightly outside the city center. Comfortable, with excellent facilities and helpful, multilingual staff. The economy rooms are a bit small; opt for the standard or comfort rooms instead.

Hotel is in a good location and nice rooftop view. We placed a sign to have room maintained but when we returned later in the day the sign was placed back in its folder and never had room service done to it.

What a fantastic experience here. I was delayed in my flight by a whole day and my teenagers arrived before me. Kristina arranged transportation for my children and then me the next day. I really appreciated her help in a stressful situation. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the rooftop bar and pool. Thank you so much for taking care of us Kristina!
