Prima Luxury Rooms

The room was first class. We had to take a Bolt from the train station,,,only cost 5.50 Euro. When we arrived, it was dark, no sign out front, so a little daunting. We rang the bell, got check-in instructions from the person, excellent room. Went out for something to eat after the worst 6-hour train ride ever. Only complaint, We like to have the window open and there was a lot of street noise.

Bianca, the lady who checked us in was very nice . We loved the location, just outside the old town of Split. Easy to drop you off and pick you up. They have a local grocery store right outside the building, so convenient .Prima had very comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower is big, pressure in the shower very good. All outside doors have combination number to get in ....I liked that. Location of our room was very quite. Our room was clean , AC was working well. Coffee and some silverware and glasses are available. Frig is small but it was working well. Disliked · It was very hard to find this location. The sign w the name of the Prima should be bigger or at least explained to the costumer in the email more. You need to have a phone to communicate , use what's up. It would be nice to have a couple of water included for the 1 st day. View from the window was just the back of the buildings, no view of the town at all. Looks like this place was renovated but needs some corner wall repair and the window's frames needs some work . The soap bars were so small we needed additional bars almost every day. No elevators there so be ready to carry your bags with you. Rooms are on the second floor. Very hard to find places to park a car. Don't rent....walk, use uber or buses. The hairdryer has no option to stay on unless you're pushing the button non stop. There was no option for breakfasts....too complicated. Photos with food and wine bottles in the rooms are deceiving, there should be removed. Prima does not offer wine or food in the rooms.

Very clean and comfortable.Apartment is on the first floor, but no lift. So getting the luggage up has be kept in mind. The lady was very friendly and helpful.

Great location for the old town, friendly and helpful staff. Very comfy bed, access to English speaking tv channels, handy fridge, tea making area in corridor was useful and the shower was fabulous. Was reasonably easy to find. There were a few stairs which wasn’t ideal with our big case but we managed. Communication from property was very good. Would stay again.

Prima Luxury Rooms was an excellent choice although when we first arrived, we were not sure. The actual entrance was a little hard to find and the entrance lobby appeared a little sketchy. But once we found our way up to the first floor entrance, our room and the area was very nice. The room was clean and beautiful, nice linens, and the bathroom was spacious. A small refrigerator, safe and closet space were a nice touch. The location was excellent…. On a somewhat quiet street, and within walking distance of The Central Square, The Riva and water front harbor. Parking is an issue but Mia directed us to a public parking lot a couple of blocks away. Not ideal but just how it is in the City Centers in Croatia. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice room - quite spacious. Very nice staff. A little hard to find but otherwise great. Close to Old Town.

The location is ideal for walking to old town split and the room was clean. The air conditioner worked well too which was needed for how hot it got in early July. What was not made clear in the hotel description was that there are two locations (apparently ???). It was was advertised that parking would be available which it was not… we had to park in a lot nearby that was expensive. Also, it was advertised that breakfast would be available for purchase which again was not the case. Please update the descriptions to include what is/isn’t included at each property.

Well positioned on the edge of the old town but hard to find the entrance. Once inside it was a nice modern room with good facilities including communal kitchenette and they stored our bags when we left. A big problem was a lack of parking despite it being promised on the website. Very unhelpful advice about street parking and limited open air public parking which was very expensive. This was in May and I hate to think what it must be like in summer. An honest “we have no parking” would have saved a lot of stress!
