Garland District Modern House - 7 min to Downtown!

Short Family Vacation Check in was pretty seamless. Clean and close to plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Host was very quick with responses. Would definitely stay here again.

A great rental for our family of 7. Plenty of room and beds. Quiet neighborhood and great location. Host was very communicative. 2025 - Mattresses are new and good quality / FIRM, so if you are looking for pillowtop, this may not be a good fit (or pack a mattress topper). It was nice having a yard with beautiful green grass and a little table out back to enjoy as well. Enjoyed Silverwood (1 hour drive) as well as Riverside State Park - Bowl & Pitcher area (15 min. drive) during our stay.

Cleanliness was ok, house wasn’t equipped to handle 11 people. There were only 5-6 forks, same with spoons, and cups. We had to buy supplies to make it work with our large group. The location was great and we felt safe. Kitchen stools could definitely be cleaned or replaced, they were very stained and dirty.

Very clean house!!! We loved the cleanliness of the house and give it 5 stars. The beds were firm…some of our family liked that and some didn’t. Close to Gonzaga and downtown Spokane. Would stay here again on our next trip.

Spokane Reunion Trip We booked this property for 5 nights for a reunion with 9 friends! We couldn’t have been happier with our booking! The host was very communicative, in a swift and detailed manner. The house was spacious, clean, and contained every appliance and we needed for our convenience, as well as extra supplies. We felt especially taken care and thought of during this trip. The comfort this property provided really added to the quality of our trip, and we strongly recommend it for a stay in Spokane!

Garland Get Up and Go. We chose the Garland modern house because of its great proximity to the local ice arena, restaurants, eclectic shops and nightlife. It’s easy to get to and walkable once you’re there. Being close to Ferguson’s for breakfast is a huge bonus.

We loved our stay, we took a 2 week vacation to Spokane and this rental made our stay comfortable being close to shopping. Plenty of space for my family of 5 kids were able to play outside neighborhood was good no complaints at all
