Fairfield Inn & Suites Springdale

The pool isn't heated. It's freezing. The breakfast was mediocre. The showers didn't drain well. The double beds seem so small. The staff was a bright spot. Very friendly.

When checking in, my reservations for 2 rooms was not done even though I had confirmation. Thankfully a room was available but not the type I had booked and away from my mom in another room. The clerk seemed new and untrained. Had light bulb issue in mom's room but after checking connections and screwing in the bulb tighter, it worked. Front desk wasn't very helpful seemed lost.

Good stay Room was clean and bed comfortable. Good breakfast and we appreciated the fact that it was served till 10:00.

Okay but could be better. Room not serviced, house keeping called late afternoon of penultimate day 3/4. Morning of departure no hot water for showering, spoke front desk on leaving was told repairs still ongoing.

The hotel didn't look like the photos used. I wasn't super happy about that. they used generic photos and that caused us to book a hotel separate from our friends because all the photos matched.

Nice quiet place. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Didnt see a pool or hot tub on the property. Nice breakfast area off the lobby.

Fairfield Inn by Marriott Springdale on Reiff St. Everything went smoothly. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was query and clean. The breakfast was very good!

We had a quick overnight stay at this property. The staff was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. We stayed in a double room and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had good food and options however the eating area itself was very messy and dirty. Crums, garbages overflowing and you constantly had to ask for refills of things. The lady doing the breakfast was nice but sat on her phone a lot, when she could have been managing the room and keeping things in order. Also, almost every hotel trash was overflowing when we would pass it - just seemed like the cleaning staff was not on top of their job. But the staff we did encounter at check in and throughout were nice.

I was told to pay an $80 coincidental fee that would be returned to my bank account upon checking out. They said for me to contact you all in regards to when that will be refunded. Also, I was bitten by ants and had to change rooms and was bitten there too. I reached out to the hotel online customer service about the issue and I'm waiting to hear back from that. More importantly, when will my coincidental
