THE place to stay and e-bike rentals on site! What a wonderful experience. The suites were magnificent…great views, immaculate, gorgeous and beautiful antiques throughout. Breakfast options exceeded our expectations. We were introduced via their gorgeous landscaping to local prickly pear cactus and their homemade jam. Loved their lab and pet pig! Important. They have e-bikes for rent right on their property. We left the bnb on our e-bikes, avoided all traffic w paths and rode from Springdale to last stop of shuttle (7 miles one way) and back. If u have one full day at Zion and not a hiker, this is the place to stay and fantastic activity! . Ryan and Ashley were also so accommodating when we found 1 of our 4 non bikers was truly unable. They pulled out a fantastic solution so she could ride w husband. Thank you for a great experience from rental to check out!

Where do I start? I pulled into this magnificent setting and was speechless. Starting from the outdoors The View was incredible and the gardens spectacular. Upon walking in I felt at home. The common areas are beautifully decorated and very calming. I stayed in two different rooms which were both amazing. The attention to detail is greatly appreciated. Little things like amazing sheets and beautiful decor. I wanted for nothing. The hosts, Ashley, Ryan, Liz, and Larry are all such warm and Beautiful People. Breakfast gave three options and was served to go early or could sit down with other guests at 8:00. It was yummy and even the to-go stayed warm for my hikes. The massage chairs in the common area were a welcome surprise. They were in The Loft so you had some privacy in case you fell asleep. The location is perfect as it was less than a mile to the shuttle at the main entrance. There were also closer shuttle stops and many shops and restaurants even closer. Traveling solo this was the absolute perfect home base for me. Definitely my favorite place to stay.

Such an incredible value!! The home was an inviting and relaxing home base for our time at Zion National Park — and so close to the park entrance. The hosts went above and beyond with recommendations, food and amenities, and general hospitality. Incredible service, yet felt private. Loved the yard and grounds and plan to return in the fall or spring during cooler weather to enjoy the fire pits. Highly recommend dinner at The Spotted Cat & Thai Sapa, both within walking distance.

Zion BnB was spiritually, physically and emotionally satisfying from the moment we walked in, until the time we had to depart. It was like having a private view of Zion all day long. The bed was extremely comfortable (prob the best I’ve ever had away) and included a heating component. Up early, we opted for house made breakfast burritos that fueled us for the long hike ahead. Liz, Larry and family also offer sit down breakfast for more relaxing mornings. The coffee is very good and they have a tea/hot chocolate bar as well. Rooms were comfortable. Relaxation music plays throughout the common areas creating a sanctuary which compliments Zion’s spiritual embodiment. Hoping to return again. Many thanks to the family for their detailed care and conscientiousness. L & M

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Hosts, Liz and Larry were friendly and helpful. We had a large, comfortable room, with en suite bathroom and a deck to relax on in the afternoon. We were provided with excellent information regarding Zion and the general area. For an early day out exploring, we were given delicious burritos and fruit. On the second morning, we enjoyed a relaxed breakfast with other guests. Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I loved absolutely everything about staying here! The home was so beautiful and filled with magic. The mountains were absolutely breathtaking. Liz (Our Host) was so welcoming and helpful in guiding us with which hikes we should take and in which order as well as where the tasty restaurants were nearby. Our bed was super comfy and the view was deeply inspiring. The breakfast burrito was big and delicious, everything we needed to start our big hiking days. Can’t explain how special this place was, we will definitely be coming back 🌞

From the fountain outside the front door to the soothing music playing inside, the comfy bed and bathroom, the delicious beautiful breakfast and beautiful yard, it was the best place we have stayed in a long time! It is also within walking distance of restaurants and shops not to mention right up the street from the Zion NP Entrance! Highly recommend!!

Liz and Larry were excellent hosts for our group of eight. Their place was beautiful, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The breakfasts were amazing. We enjoyed the massaging chairs at the end of a long day hiking. We will definitely be back.

Unique experience at this BnB! The breakfast served was amazing as well as the hospitality. The home itself is a wonderful atmosphere and is the perfect place to relax after hiking all day. The host’s were extremely helpful and their dogs extremely sweet! Will definitely be going back in the future when visiting Zion again.
