Best Western Clearlake Plaza

Parking was easy. I felt safe as I arrived alone at night and there was ample lighting. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My room was in an area that felt safe with ample staff around until I was safely in my room. This is important for older females traveling alone and I appreciate it. There were shops nearby but I did not utilize them as I was in the area for a conference.

Their rooms were very nice and staff asked us everyday if we needed anything or the room reset. Somewhat limited parking but we had a spot every night. Right off the highway but far enough away so you couldn’t hear anything.

Ample and safe parking. Room was clean and quite Breakfast isn’t ready until 7am on Sunday, would have been nice if it was earlier because I had to leave before it was available (6:45). Will I stay again?…. Probably

Was told not to come to breakfast until the convention people left. I went at 9:05am and was told it was closed.

Lately the BW are looking dated to me. Still clean and friendly staff but they could get some updates....

They advertise great breakfast was only cereal and cold bagals and toast cold sausage. coffee wasn't prepared, staff was snotty about it to my husband said my wife prefers decaff and had two decaff pots no regular. Tea water was cold. I've stayed only in best western hotels in lots of states this was the worset

We had to o change our rooms due to the refrigerator being out and staff was very accommodating.
