Reviews of La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Springfield MA

Terrible experience. People were loud all night, we called the first desk & they said they would get someone to do a walk around. No one came because the kids continued. Slamming doors. Running up & down the hallway screaming & chasing each other. I get it kids are playing but it was over the top & no one cared. Same thing in the middle of the night I was startled awake by them banging on walls & kicking & screaming. Then when we went down for breakfast it was 7:55 & there was barely any scrambled eggs, no sausages, & the stock was running low on a lot of things when they seemed to be busy. Will not be returning to this hotel.
