Reviews of Hampton Inn & Suites Springfield Downtown

On the road trip from NJ to Maine, we stayed at 2 Hampton Inns. This was the lower quality of the two. I had to deal with my wife's nagging for choosing this hotel. On the end of the day from the tired drive, we did not feel that welcomed by the front desk staff, nor did the staff at the breakfast service next day look happy at the job. The room felt sub par. It looks like it has been updated, but half heartedly. The quality of the finish was not good. In room furniture and carpet feels dirty.
