Katrina had the room very clean. The evening and the night shift desk people were very kind and help me with directions and just we’re friendly. I would recommend your motel and stay there next trip. Thank you.

Dirty with Bed bugs and unsafe. Staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. They would not give us any kind of discount after I woke up, covered in hives and found the bugs in the bed. There were fights in the hallway and people constantly trying to get into out room, shaking the handle around Midnight. If you don't like poor sleep, physical pain, and the feeling of being threatened in the middle of the night, don't stay here. I would have rather slept in my car.

They didn’t wanted to rent me the hotel just because i asked if i i can have a discount just because i wanted to get it for more than a week and the workers ask the manager and he just got mad and today I tried to go to rent it and I did the reservation and they told No!

This Motel 6 has helpful staff, clean rooms, and a great location if you need to be near the Springfield Interchange. It's also the best-priced hotel in the area! There are no drawbacks or minuses, but just note that in exchange for the low price the hotel has minimal facilities: no breakfast or restaurant, for example, although there are lots of places very close by.

Lobby and hallways to my room had a strong cigarettes smell. My room was clean but no shampoo nor conditioner were included. I was already in the shower when noticed it. For the price, room was clean and hotel location very convenient.

No tv service and when told front desk they said nothing can do. Toilet wouldn’t flush. And Wi-Fi didn’t work. I felt like I just paid for a bed to sleep on.
I got off work at midnight and came to room and nothing was in working order.
Heads up if you book this place they give no refund even if it’s their fault. They don’t like to hold any accountability for their building and how it operates mechanically.

Had 2 rooms for 3 days / 2 nights. Ac inoperable in one room, other room's phone didnt work. Not allowed to switch to real rooms.

The general manager was very rude and actuallty kicked me and my 3 yr old out only because i inqured why she was the only one charging me 5$ additional for a microwave wheni reserved a room that was already suppose to have one in it.. i paid for the room already and she still was still nasty and rude
