At check in i was informed that because i lived less than 60 miles from hotel, i could not stay at hotel! They do not allow locals no matter the reason. I had worked all day in the winter weather, pulled a double shift actually and just needed to sleep a few hour to return and open my store. I didnt want to make the 70 mile drive home due to being so tired. I was refused a room due to being local and money was refunded. I am absolutely dumbfounded. I will NEVER refer any of my business associates to this hotel.

Price given online different at Checking also they didn’t have a room for pets cause you didn’t pass info to them I did not check in due to attitude of clerk. You need to put info about pets in your information and state what type room is available if you have pets.
I did check into another hotel in Rolla, Mo. if I had been able to book somewhere else I would have.

No hot water ! Metal bed frames hurt your ankles & heater was very noisy plus girl at front desk acted like we were bothering her!

The handicapped rooms had nothing in them, not even a chair. Had to pay extra to get a room large enough for a walker and one with a chair or 2. We had to leave due to a snowstorm and not able to get a refund of the 2nd night. We felt that was not our fault and we shouldn't have been penalized for that. We won't stay there again.

This place is terrible. The room was dirty and dark, the main light didn't work. The shower only produced iced cold water and the toilet struggled to flush. The bathroom door could barely open and there was a fly that would not go away

Upon arrival the room was double booked. They were quick to potty us on another room for the night and get us into the room we actually booked the next night. Not rooms were very clean, front desk staff was amazing and friendly. Housekeeping staff was welcoming and friendly as well.
