a 3 day trip just to see friends

The hotel is a distance from the train station and the city center. The room is clean, but there is a musty smell. The most unacceptable thing is that there is only 30 minutes of free wifi, and then you have to pay. In this era, there are still hotels that charge for wifi, which is really hard to understand

Extreem goed bed en mooie kamer. Fantastisch personeel.

Do not use this hotel go to a local guest house, the room was damp dirty and the noise in the hotel from traffic, guests and location will effect the quality of your sleep do not stop here.

Clean comfortable room. Very helpful friendly staff, made me feel welcome from beginning to end of my stay. Would most definitely use this hotel again.

Absolutely lovely, comfortable experience at this hotel. Whom made our stay extra special was a lovely, humble, hardworking lady named Michelle. She came out to our room in one call as we ran out of some hair and body wash, she came to top it up. She is a very helpful individual. My family and I are very thankful to her as she made us feel very welcome. The location is very nice aswell, as its close to some of the local supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Definitely worth visiting again in the near future.

The hotel is in a good location. The car park is very busy so not many spaces. The room keys don’t always work and we had to get the door battery changed. The corridor needed a vaccum badly and the smell was very musty. The room was clean! The breakfast was bad. No plates, no knives, no bread, no milk, no mushrooms or pastries as advertised. They didn’t seem bothered and felt like I was a pain for asking. The drinks machine didn’t work either. There look to be better options for breakfast across the road!!!

All staff members are really nice and helping us even the manager there she’s really good .. rooms was clean and tidy and morning breakfast really good they served a fresh food ..

Walking distance to the city centre (but there are a LOT of steep hills to get up). Room was spacious and clean. Good choice of breakfast stuff. Staff were polite and helpful. We were there when they were showing the England match at 1.00 in the morning and didn't get disturbed by noise.

By 9am on a Sunday morning they had run out of bread for breakfast but refused to go and buy some from Tescos Express next door

Having met Sammy on reception, she was so helpful and a joy to speak to! I had a nightmare of logistics, but she helped me so calmly - got me in touch with the right taxis (even calling on my behalf). Honestly we need more Sammys! She has been so kind and really went above and beyond!!!!

I was there this weekend with my family . Room was clean and tidy. There wasn’t any disturbance. Staff was very friendly .

Hotel it’s self was ok but Had kids running up and down corridor banging on doors once they realised we had a dog they started barking at our door to wind them up not good, No air con not even a fan boiling ! No sleep

Michelle is the best - 5 stars for Michelle!!! And the lady with the pony tail- didn’t catch her name. Kind and smiley staff really uplift the whole experience. Unfortunately, however, my towel had brown and red stains all over it. I had to dry myself with toilet paper. The hotel needs an update big time- the shower is extremely weak and everything feels dirty - particularly the carpets, upholstery and anything that doesn’t typically get a daily clean. I’m not even sure they actually wash the carpets- didn’t look like it. I want to be very careful to not blame the staff working there day to day but rather the management. If the cleaning staff don’t care, maybe management needs to treat them better. ..
