This is a basic budget motel; aka Studio 6, of the Motel 6 variety. Most of us are familiar with the Brand. For what you pay, the amenities here are exceptional. You have a stove/microwave, nearly full fridge, Big screen TV, WIFI, two beds, scolding hot water etc. This is St George/fancy Utah. There are plenty of options down the road for $150-250, that won't have the amenities. I got more than I paid for here. It isn't fancy, but I slept fine.
