We are from Vancouver, BC and our very first time to Newfoundland, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and friendly, professional experience we had at the airport Comfort Inn in St. John's. We had forgotten our laptop power cable and we thank the staff for helping us out. They did not have to but came to our rescue and we managed to buy a replacement. The breakfast was delicious and rooms were very clean and updated. Our first impressions exceeded our expectations. Thank you. We will recommend your place to our friends/family back home in BC! Very comfortable, friendly staff, good food and close to the airport. The shuttle service to the airport was very quick. If you want to walk to the airport it only takes about ten minutes and you arrive at the check in end of the terminal. Bonus!

This was an adequate hotel for me,because I was on a tight budget. More positives than negatives. Positives were the price,fairly quiet although industrial feel setting. Room was dated, some tables were scratched , but overall clean and adequate. I liked the foyer it was updated and served coffee and tea and it had a comfortable array of furniture. Breakfast was included and that was small “b” basic. There was no butter margarine only. The fried square potatoes were fried in burnt oil. The waitressing was great. Parking was included and there is a free shuttle. This place is under five minutes from the airport. I dealt with Sophia at front desk she was lovely. In conclusion, I have a comment to make to the administration there. My floor 300 block had cig smoking going on in some of the rooms on the evening of May 19. Shocking that I could smell smoke in the hallways. The administration need to tighten up that situation immediately. No excuses. Fine the culprits .

First thing we tripped over a cleaning bucket with a toilet brush in it upon entry to this dirty room. There was literally a message etched in the dirty bathroom mirror. There was USED soap left in the shower that we DID NOT use. There was an open bottle of Gatorade in the old fridge. The room was dated and filthy. Had to wash hands using shampoo? Springs sticking up in the mattress!!! Will NEVER EVER stay at this excuse for a hotel. I actually think they have nice rooms, but we were given the WORST EVER room. Never again Comfort Inn!!!

This hotel was great- comfortable beds, good service - breakfast was tasteless- dried eggs . There was a great shuttle service too. it was easy to locate, easy to book and good help at the desk. Good television service and very close to the hotel at an reasonable rate.

If you plan staying at this hotel, don’t expect anyone to bring you clean bed sheets, towels toilet paper etc.. 3 calls at the front office and no one came for the cleaning. It’s very ordinary for the price so 1 star ⭐️ is what I think of this place

I do not recommend this hotel because I could not get a refund because I booked through ***********. I did not receive any confirmation so I assumed it wasn’t booked. I had already booked another hotel. I messaged comfort Inn to double check I did not make a reservation but they said I had. Again, I did not receive any correspondence from *********** saying the reservation was confirmed. I have been trying to get some satisfaction from this company but all I’m getting is a run around. I will never trust this hotel chain again. I was scammed out of 137.50 for a night I didn’t even stay there😡

Me and My Son stayed at the hotel from Feb 8 to Feb 14 because I had to get Radiation for Cancer and we were confined to the room at that period of time. The staff could not do enough for us. The Supervisor of house keeping even called me to make arrangement to get all of the necessary things that we needed and put it into a plastic bag and left it at the door and they would knock. They even got us a microwave for our room because we could not leave the room. OVER ALL WE WOULD STAY AND RECOMMEND THEM VERY HIGHLY. OUT OF 10 I WOULD GIVE THEM A 20

L'hotel sarebbe carino e in buona posizione, con bel parcheggio, stanze nelle media, ma quello che veramente indigna è la colazione, in genere nei Comfort è ottima e a buffet, anche in quest'epoca covid, invece qua è servita nel ristorante annesso ed è veramente vergognosa, poverissima, praticamente nulla, per quel che si paga dovrebbero ampliarla notevolmente, inoltre la signora che la serve è veramente antipatica e scortese
