Beautiful view.all facilities are clean especially the restaurant area the server was indeed a good employee.he was so approachable and could handle lots of guests very well. The front office person as well is accommodating and friendly

Amazing! Took my small child for a little Mom & Me get away. Great stay, great staff. The room (king bed) was really clean. Will be coming back soon with my partner.

They charge us breakfast even we don't get breakfast and eat at the restaurant they said we tap in the breakfast but we never did that.

Very clean and friendly people. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. The restaurant’s breakfast is delicious too! Too bad the pool was not working when we stayed there.

The hotel was perfect but sadly Trip.com have charged me 2 other charges for this booking and now tell me to alert the police as it looks like they have someone working for them making fraudulent charges

rooms could be a bit cleaner walls need to be wiped down specially, in the bathroom ,  overall good place to stay friendly staff great prices excellent food

First off location was great, hotel was quiet but hectic due to apparent staff shortages. Check in time is 3:00pm with check out at noon. I arrived at 3:15 and was told the rooms weren’t ready yet because they weren’t clean, but then was told it was ready, while there was one person working at the desk I didn’t get this stage completed until about 3:45 due to a huge line up. I was given the room key and proceeded to go to the room. When I got to the room it was a queen size bed and not king as had been paid for and booked. I had to go to the main desk wait in line again and then got keys for another room that was king size bed. The new room was ok however, in the shower there was hairs, no stock of toilet paper or tissue napkins. While you pay so much for a room at the hotel your not even given a bottle of water in your room. The cost of a mini bag of chips and chocolate bar in the main area was charged to my room of $6.50 which is a little outrageous. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay at this hotel anymore it seems really disorganized and understaffed. At least when your paying this amount of money for a night out the floors should be clean, as well as, a clean shower to use.
