Really good value hotel, and I'd say it's at the higher end of 3 stars for sure, closer to a 4 stars. It's located in a good area with bus connections around 5mins walk away to the airport, Sliema / Valetta and elsewhere in Malta - St. Paul's Bay, Mellieha, Mdina either directly or via connections There's a SPAR supermarket just around the corner that is open 24/7 also. Breakfast is 7:30-10:30am, selection is smaller but has the staples - eggs, sausages, pastries, yogurt. They also make unlimited hot and cold coffees and teas for you as well which is really nice. The room is very well-built, with good sound proofing from the streets, functional showers the water stays hot and not lukewarm, AC works fine, there's a fridge that actually works as well (even alot of 4 stars don't have that) Check-in is easy, and staff is friendly. They do take €100 deposit which can be paid by cash or card, and will be reimbursed upon check out. Would stay with them again!

Everything was great, transportation was very comfortable, it was a better trip than I expected.

Service: The front desk staff were friendly and responsive. Facilities: The shower and bathtub were really inconvenient. Showering was difficult. Cleanliness: Very average, just barely clean. The sheets weren't changed for four nights. Not a very pleasant experience. Just make do. I wouldn't recommend bringing children. The TV signal was unstable. The remote control was inconsistent, with one working and one breaking. Environment: The location is indeed excellent, very central.

An unforgettable family experience in this modern yet high class hotel, it’s located in central St.Julian’s which although is renowned for its nightlife it is located in a quieter area rather than the central area closer to bay street. Amazing Staff and rooms are well up-kept and cleaned. The hotel is certainly worth its value with an adequate amount of amenities provided. Highly recommend this hotel to both couples and families for a quick break from life to relax.

Absolutely awful! Woke up to banging every single morning from a construction site that is right next to the hotel. No offer to move room to somewhere with no noise. The banging lasted every single day till mid day. Also not had my deposit returned and being IGNORED. ants in room. Staff not co operating. AVOID

The room was super clean and with all the amenities needed. Vino from reception was very helpful and welcoming, the reception manager and also the Asian lady from the breakfast was super. The only negative things for improvement: I left my key in the room and the reception staff told me that they couldn't borrow me another, so the receptionist had to open the room door. The breakfast didn't have the variety that I saw in the photos, which was a bit disappointing. But in general, the hotel was very nice and well located.

The room was very clean and with all the amenities needed. The breakfast was very good, especially on the second morning because I went earlier, so there was more variety. The owner was present in different departments and always had a smile on his face and was ready to greet the guests. Vino, was helpful and very friendly and Ana from reception is a must in the team, what a lovely receptionist, always ready to help. From the breakfast I have to mention Thomas and the sweet Sushmita. After checking out the room, I left my bag, and Ana also let me keep my things in the freezer. The only things that can be improved, is making sure that the right information is passed, because when I checked in, I was informed by the reception manager that they would pre-authorize 100€ in case of room damaging. That is totally fine, but I told her that I would need the docket from the machine on check out, with the pre aut reversed and she said that it's not possible and that the money would be in my account in 1 day, even though I told her that I have a debit card so that is not possible. Later I was informed by other receptionist that the pre auth can take until 21 days to be released in the card... Thank you for everything guys, keep up with the good work!

The card of the room was not working. On the first day we couldn’t lock the door and there was no other safe place to put our stuff! When we complaint, they said that the country is safe so we shouldn’t worry about leaving the room open with our bags inside! Then they fixed the card on the next dat and once we left the hotel and we couldn’t get back in our room. We have been waiting at the reception until 2am in the morning and they couldn’t fix the door or find us another room!! Poor service, no alternative solutions and nothing was offered for the inconvenience. Do NOT recommend this place

Lo más destacable de este hotel es Ana, una de sus recepcionistas y también paisana española. Fue muy simpática, cercana y atenta. Nos estuvo informando con todo lujo de detalles, los lugares recomendables y algún lugar donde comer cerca del hotel y en varios puntos de Malta. Otro punto destacable era el desayuno buffet, zona tranquila y con varias opciones diarias a elegir, muy recomendable. En cuanto a la habitación, aunque era un poco oscura y justo al lado estaban construyendo un edificio nuevo provocando mucho ruido durante el día, había que destacar la ventana que aislaba bastante del ruido del día por dicha construcción y de la noche por la fiesta en la calle. Buena limpieza.

Κλείσαμε δωμάτιο μέσω booking...άλλο ζητήσαμε άλλο μας έδωσαν...αλλα αυτο δεν ήταν το πρόβλημα. .τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα στο κέντρο της νυχτερινής διασκέδασης ..χωρίς φασαρία..παρόλο που η γειτονιά είναι ιδιαίτερα έντονη. Πέρναγαν καθημερινά και καθάριζαν τα δωμάτια επιφανειακα...άλλαζαν πετσέτες...αλλα τιποτα άλλο και ας είχαν λερωθει σεντόνια και μαξιλαροθηκες..το κατάλυμα αν και σχετικά πρόσφατα ανακαινισμενο μεσα στη μούχλα τα πλακάκια στα μπανια.. το χειρότερο όμως ήταν οι τοιχοι δίπλα απο τα κρεβάτια που είχαν πανω ίχνη των προηγούμενων επισκεπτών..μαυριλες....απο παππουτσια..βαλιτσες κλπ.Τα τζάμια τελειως ακαθαριστα στα παράθυρα μας...λιγη προσοχη δεν βλάπτει. Επίσης τα νερά του ντους...έβγαιναν συνέχεια έξω.. πισινα το μπάνιο..το πρωινό basic ...το κερασάκι στη τούρτα...ενώ μας είχε πει μια ρεσεψιονιστ ότι μπορούμε να κρατήσουμε το δωμάτιο έως 16.00 χωρις χρέωση μας είπε η ιδια τελευταία στιγμή ότι το δωμάτιο το έδωσαν αλλού και τρέχαμε και δεν φτάναμε τελευταία στιγμή..το πρόγραμμα της ημέρας πήγε στράφι. Αυτά!
