Took advantage of an upgrade offered and they requested arrival time to prep room, which we gave. Arrived and was told room was not ready. Waited an hour and was told we were unable to have the requested upgraded room. We were put in a lower level suite ( finally) after waiting over an hour.

Everything exceeded my expectations from the welcoming staff to the luxuriously appointed room, to the 4 feet deep bathtub in which to soak my cares away--it was a total dream come true. I would come back in a heartbeat at this home away from home.

The room was amazing, the bathroom was incredible. We were upgraded without asking. The staff was always smiling and welcoming. The spa experience was beautiful.

Staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Bathrooms were well appointed with lots of fluffy towels and a deep tub to bathe in at the end of a long day. The bed was tremendously, supportive and comforting at the same time, like sleeping on a cloud. I would definitely come back here to rest and recharge.

All good - it was a bit of a challenge to find the hotel when I arrived in St. Louis, and I was surprised that it was part of the ****** complex. However, once I arrived and checked-in, the experience of it was great!
