Great location good for walking around the town. The hotel is spacious and clean. The bar has good selection of drinks. A little overpriced for the size of rooms and overall for the hotel.

Check in/Check out isn’t extremely convenient, but the staff is kind despite the long wait times. The property is beautiful, updated tastefully and very clean. The spa could use some work.

The customer service is exceptional. We have stayed here in years past prior to the recent renovation. The customer service and all the "little things" they are doing now enhances an already exceptional experience. Well done! That's not easy to do in this day and age.

We had dinner in the seafood place. It was very bad! Cheap diner style atmosphere and bad taste. The bathroom of our 700$ room was dirty with dealings around the shower

I had a lovely stay at the Vinoy. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has wonderful staff. The pool and spa were perfect for relaxing and the nearby park was tranquil and lush for morning coffee walks. Definitely check out the coffee and pastries from the lobby cafe - they are delightful!
