Great location with great view. Very beautiful interior of the whole place from lobby to lounge to dining room. Breakfasts were very good. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

The service was harmless but not very friendly. Overall, it was rather indifferent. The facilities were also quite old, but undeniably clean. In comparison, the Glendale Lake Hotel is more recommended! The hotel breakfast was quite substantial.

The entire hotel is just over a 10-minute walk from town, making it very quiet and secluded, like a manor castle. The interior is decorated in an elegant European style, with quaint furniture and creaky wooden floors, making it feel like stepping back into the Middle Ages. The hotel's exterior is also very beautiful, with its own small dock, a restaurant facing the lake, and a spa. It's a popular summer getaway for locals, and best of all, parking is free! We booked a lake-view room, and the view was great. It was off-season, so the hotel wasn't crowded. The furniture inside the room felt a bit dated, and the door had an antique lock, but it was quite clean. I loved the view from the window; it was absolutely stunning. When I woke up in the morning, I opened the window and was greeted by the sound of birdsong. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a three-tiered tower, a buffet area, and a menu where you could order separately. We ordered raw beef tartare and French toast, which were delicious! After dinner, we walked along the road towards town, and the scenery along the way was soothing. It's truly amazing here.

A highly recommended lakeside resort hotel. You can stay in the comfort of your own home. The on-site restaurant is excellent, and there's a mini-boat tour around the lake for entertainment. You can also stroll through the town just 1 kilometer away. Time flies by while gazing at the paintings in your lake-view room. It's so beautiful!

The service and ambiance were impeccable. We had breakfast two days and dinner once. The breakfast was very varied; we basically went through the entire menu. It was a very good Western breakfast with a wide selection of dairy products, and the yogurts were all excellent. We tried many different cheeses. The staff were very pleasant, both gentlemen and women. The spa was comfortable and not crowded during the off-season. The balcony had a beautiful view, with both snow-capped mountains and the lake. It's about a 10-minute walk from town, passing a cemetery. Since our stay coincided with the Qingming Festival, it felt natural, hahaha. The only minor issue was that the elevator was located halfway up the floor, making it difficult to move large suitcases. The hotel entrance is paved with thick gravel, and the wheels of your suitcases would get stuck in it. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation experience and I hope to return in the future.

Great hotel and service. The lake-view room at Jingshan was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive; thank you. In every place, besides the beautiful scenery, the cultural elements make it even more memorable and unforgettable. The breakfast selection was also good. Overall, a great choice.

Facilities: The spa is great and you must try it. Breakfast includes beef tartare, eggs Benedict, etc., which are very good. Environment: By the lake, 15 minutes walk to the town, very beautiful. It's just a little scary that there is no one in the house at night. Service: Not very enthusiastic but responsive, but when we checked in, we were given a room that was already occupied. It is not acceptable to have double checkin in a high-end hotel without any remedy.

There are drainage problems in several rooms, which means that they are not cleaned on weekdays. [Manpower issues] On weekends in the hotel industry, there are no repairmen, no hotel managers, only a front desk, who collects the money of a five-star hotel and provides ** homestay service packages? [****] From top to bottom, in order to evade responsibility, they will only confuse the audience and tell lies with their eyes open. Obviously, the drainage of the new room is exactly the same problem. The hotel front desk said that I gave you a solution, but you don't like it! Obviously, their own employees tried to drain the water by themselves, and the hotel manager said that you don't know how to use the drainage system, so we don't refund! [Qishi issues] This point is not direct enough, so I can't assert it. However, two mini cakes to dismiss a 2500 yuan public bathing experience, I wonder if the hotel would do this if the guests were from Europe or America?
