"I stayed in a triple family room with my child. Even for a family room, the room was incredibly small, and even with two suitcases, it was a tight squeeze. Luckily, there was a balcony. The bathroom was large, but the bathtub was tiny, and even turning around in it was difficult to shower. The handsome front desk staff was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions. The breakfast was a set meal for two (see picture 1). The bread was hard and unappetizing, but the fruit was good."

"The Cortisen am See hotel is without a doubt the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. I’ve stayed in larger, more luxurious hotels, but this one is small, intimate, and quiet, with its own small private beach. Every single corner is uniquely designed, leaving you standing there in awe of the designer's genius. On top of that, the owner is incredibly nice and welcoming. He gave us wonderful recommendations for beautiful trips in the area and attended to every question or need. The room is stunningly beautiful, facing a breathtaking view. Everything is spotless, comfortable, and user-friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. I highly recommend it!"

"The hotel was okay, and the room was comfortable, but it had a bit of a decorating smell. I don't know if it was discrimination, but I spent over ten days abroad and stayed in six hotels, all on the second floor, and this time was no exception. Because of the floor level, the balcony is located on a large, shaded terrace, obscuring much of the view. Traveling around town, I found that most hotels were located by the lake, with great views and locations. This one didn't stand out as much, but the breakfast was really good, so I'd give it a try."

"We have stayed at the Hotel Försterhof in St. Wolfgang several times in the past and have always been happy to recommend the hotel. Unfortunately, after our last experience, we must strongly advise against it: the service has deteriorated significantly. The reception was neither friendly nor helpful – our booking request with a valid gift voucher was rejected without any suggestion of a solution, stating that no rooms were available. Even a reference to our previous stays as regular guests went unheeded. There was no accommodation offered, no further attempt to contact us, no alternative – simply a rejection without any effort. Conclusion: Unfortunately, we currently do not recommend it at all! We will definitely not redeem our valid voucher there again."

"We were back in the Hotel Zimmerbräu this year, for the first time in about 15 years. It’s still a great hotel, in a great village in a fabulous location. Hans and Alex are great hosts, and go out of their way to look after you. Fabulous little touches, great room, helpful staff. You couldn’t really ask for more. It’s the third time we’ve been to the hotel over the years. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area."

"The address marked on this house is the actual address. The front desk address in the town is markt74, where there is a horse logo. No one told me. Fortunately, I met other kind guests who didn't speak English and called someone who could speak English. The front desk can check in many B&Bs here. This is not good, but everything else is ok."
