The room was nice sized, but had some major issues which threw me off. If I'd known of the policies of the hotel I would have managed it differently. Here's what I would have done: brought my own drinking glasses, hangers, hair dryer, pillows and ice. The furniture in the room needs re-painting or staining--lots of wear and tear. There was a kitchenette with a refrigerator/ice maker, but it was not turned on. No ice and no ice machines in the hotel. We had an issue with the TV turning itself off. The front desk person graciously came to our room to help and secured the cord that was loose. The room was clean. There was no in-room coffee, but it was supplied in the lobby in the morning.

Visiting family for the holidays. Place was easily accessible and very clean and convenient. Only negative was lack of water pressure in shower.

For the price, it was fine enough, but be warned--if you are looking for a clean hotel room this ain't it! Carpet was super sticky, trash under the bed, bathroom had mold. Also, the water wasn't very hot in the shower and there seemed to be mold in the room beyond the bathroom given the allergic reaction I had. Be careful if you're on the first floor--the windows in the room were cracked open and unlocked when I arrived. Front desk staff was very nice and coffee in the morning was good. A bit tricky to access but not far from I-12, which was perfect for me.

Great place. We are in Covington on a regular basis and stay here each time. Nice, clean and safe. Need coffee pots in the room though.

It was ok , nothing special, they have no ice machines, and the one in my room was broken, it was clean and quiet, and I would stay again,

The price seemed excellent at first, but you get what you pay for. Floors were dirty, walls had drip stains everywhere, refrigerator exterior was rusted, bath tub drain didn't work, drawers were damaged. They also only have coffee in the mornings and no breakfast. Beds and linens were good and it was nice to have a 2 bedroom suite for a family stay, however I wouldn't stay here again. I'd pay more for cleaner accommodations and working fixtures.

Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Room was very dated . Broken cabinets, tv did not work. Had a small kitchen in the room (king suite) but no basic supplies (dish soap, utensils, plates) when asking the front desk for dish soap they said they don’t carry it at the hotel. Old carpet in rooms furniture stained and old. This Hotel and room are in grave need of renovation would not stay here again for the price.
