Very comfortable stay. Staff were great and very helpful throughout our stay. Only had breakfast but it was great with staff able to adapt to our dietary requirements. Only minor issue was that the WiFi speed was quite slow.

We visited for 1 night which was the first of our South Africa holiday. we really wished we could have stayed longer tot use all the wonderful facilities. Our room was beautiful, had everything we needed and was very clean. There were lots of lovely little touches that really made it for us. Arrival drink, lovely toiletries, turn service with chocolates, wine etc. The breakfast spread was also beautiful with plenty of choice as well as cooked options to order. The views match this hotel and service. It rained while we were there but that didn't spoil the views. It' also a great location to all the local shops and restaurants.
