Friendly service and help finding the best rate May the stay the best value and experience. It’s hard to find both value and friendly service these days so the reception here was appreciated. Breakfast was simple but tasty and helped start the day off ready to go. Thank you!

The room did not include a lounge chair for relaxing, had to use the beds; didn't have electronic device plug-ins; the room was not cleaned or linens replaced during the weekend; the breakfast was weak with few choices

I was in a room with a plugged sink for 4 days it had stagnate water that reeked I was given excuses for why it was unable to be fixed in a timely manner. I was charged for checking out early(approximately an equivalent to a two night stay $150.00) with notice as well. I was charged 30% more than the online price presumably because of my occupation. I was refused a receipt at check out (and then later the solution was to fax the receipt!?!) the manager was uninterested in their job (as a manager there should be at least a respectable resolution to these issues especially when I provided 3 email addresses and was willing to work with them on the sink issue) I was offered a $25 a night discount for the nights the room sink was clogged but did not receive the discount as agreed. So all in all this place was pretty terrible as far as the logistics go. The rooms were what you’d expect so long as the maintenance could be handled. That being said I’ll be staying elsewhere if I’ll need to travel to Stanley again.

One of several hotels in Stanley. This is a well maintained, clean, comfortable hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful and go the extra step. Room was clean, the bed was comfortable and bathroom was spotless. Only negative was the morning bfast, but none of the hotel’s offer much these days.
