Sehr freundliches Personal - das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Saubere gut eingerichtete geräumige Zimmer. Die Größe der Zimmer ist auch gut. Die Schlafqualität ist auch hervorragend. Also ich war, bis auf die Lage (die nicht veränderbar ist) rundum zufrieden!

The room was average. The front desk and restaurant service were very poor. There were no smiles during the whole process. The scheduled superior room with a sofa bed was changed. Both of the sofa beds were broken. Finally, two mattresses were made on the ground. I'm not sorry.

Almost the cheapest hotel in Lucerne.. It's a brand of its own, and it was clean and the room was large. The parking fee is about 12 francs, and if you pay in advance along with the tourist tax, you will receive a transportation pass voucher. With that, I used the bus several times to go to the city, and there was no problem even if I got on the wrong bus. There was a mart, McDonald's, and Subway nearby, so it was good to buy snacks.

Location is near to train station. Overall the hotel is good, breakfast is good. The worst incident is the check out issue where the hotel charge us for the deposit. It took almost one week then we got back our refund.

We stayed here twice in July and August 2020 as a stopover on our way to Italy. The hotel is conveniently located at the Raststaette Neuenkirch. The noise of the highway is not troubling, especially not in the rooms located at the backside of the hotel. The rooms have no airconditioning, but a ventilator is provided and it is possible to open the windows, although not completely. The rooms were very clean and the staff friendly and helpfull. Views from around the hotel show mountains and countryside. Within a few kilometers, there is the Sempachersee which provided us with a refreshing swim after a long day of car travelling. The breakfast was fine. The price was fine in comparison with other hotels in Switzerland.

What a wonderful weekend we had at the Seehotel. We travelled with our adult daughter so bkd 2 rooms. We had a lake view room with 2 beds pushed together. Our daughter had a single room across the hall. Both very nice & were provided with everything needed & /or asked for. We asked for extra pillows as the ones on offer are very thin. A kettle was quickly organised & wine glasses & cups for tea. The view was spectacular. What a treat to wake up to the lake view every morning. Divine! The facilities were great. Breakfast was adequate. If you came down a bit late though, it looked depleted. Staff on the whole were helpful altho’ a few things got lost in translation. But it all worked out. My only gripe was the layout of the bedrooms with the toilet & shower only walled off by glass doors & not all the way to the ceiling. Really weird design!! All in all though, fantastic place to enjoy all that the area has to offer.

Lovely rooms (great beds!) in this hotel in the small town of Stans, directly opposite the entrance to the funicular railway that goes up the Stanserhorn mountain. Very helpful staff. Really quiet on a Sunday night. Parking is available nearby (pay at meters), and there's lots of options for food and drinks nearby. Just what we wanted for an overnight stop on our road trip.

I tried to get to 4 out of 5, but need to be honest. The hotel isnt responsible for the view and the view makes up for a lot of negatives in the hotel. Check in was friendly and quick and we had the key to our room on the 4th floor no more than 5 minutes after we arrived. Parking was a bit of a search because we arrived on a sunday during lunchtime and apparently this is a popular time to have lunch at that hotel. The room we got is on the 4th floor and is a standard room with lakeview. The room is very tiny! Washbasin is in the room and the shower and toilet are separate but really tiny space too! If you are with 2 and you have your luggage then the room is completely filled up and no space to store anything. There is a ventilator, but no airconditioning. But thats OK. we could open the window and the fresh breeze over the lake came into the room. But also the mosquitos! So maybe they can place some mosquito net in front of the window? There is a watercooker in the room, but with a very short powercord, so the only place where we could use it was on the washbasin, but that was not very stable. The bed was not comfy, hard and the pillows are non existent. The wifi was good and fast! Then breakfast. It was a ”buffet”, but it was very limited. Some bread you need to cut yourself, thats OK, but with Covid? And the rest was just some cheeses and meats, some sweet things and thats it. Coffee was from a machine and juice from a tap. It was ok, but not really memorable. We didnt have dinner here because we read some reviews and watched what other guests ordered and compared prices and we decided not to do it. Check out was not really check out, it was just paying the bill and thats it. The desk agent didnt ask how our stay was or wasn't interested at all. So all in all too much things I dont like about a hotel at this price level. The views and location is priceless thats true. But it was like that the hotel is managed without passion. Thats a bit sad.

Very satisfied with the European B&B, the absolute advantage of self-driving tour. The parking lot is free of charge on a road. The service is super good. It takes half an hour to get there early. The attitude is super good and free coffee and snacks are provided. Well, the place to spend money on the toilet is very good. Going out is 21 roads, a bus day pass, 7.5 euros to sit casually, in fact, 15 minutes to the city center, the main station and attractions are also in the city center, play direct 21 road back, get off is the hotel. The exterior of the hotel is a small hotel, but it is well-organized, the breakfast is superb, clean and tidy, and the things are good. The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is small, enough for a shower! Prepare your own slippers and toiletries. Surrounded by the homestay, the 21st round of the lake into the city, great! Push this homestay!
