Holiday Inn Express LONDON - STANSTED AIRPORT by IHG

Easy to get to from airport free breakfast was included with a good variety of stuff. Could of been more games to play with in games rooms as there was only two and was more for older children/adults. Staff was friendly and helpful especially a staff member called fern who was very helpful & understanding. Also The Hotel is Located near a BP n shop which was really helpful to.

I had a really terrible experience staying at holiday inn this time. My room was very noisy and I couldn’t sleep because of the noises coming from the air conditioning. It sounded like leaking tap or water coming down from the drain, it started around half twelve and wouldn’t stop until the morning. I got woken up by the noise at mid night and it was really loud and unbearable, there’s no phone in the room so I couldn’t call the reception. Anyway I paid so much to have a decent room to sleep before my flight. I was really disappointed of the room I got.

Shuttle bus comes every 30 minutes. Impossible to walk to the airport. But inconvenient for night flight. Facilities is bit old. But bed quality and others is ok. Nice service

Overall, it was a nice stay. Breakfast is included for all guests and starts very early, around 4 or 4:30 am, which is really convenient for an airport hotel. The room was fine and I had no major issues. The only thing that bothered me was the airport shuttle. Guests have to pay £4 each way for a journey that only takes about five minutes, which was a bit surprising. This is the first time I’ve stayed at an airport hotel where I had to pay separately for the hotel shuttle.

Almost 24 hour Shuttle bus, can reach directly from/to airport, and stop right in front of the hotel. Only few pounds £. Clean and comfortable room. Staff are friendly and efficient (check in/out/leave luggage). Free breakfast and can take away if your flight very early.

The hotel is ideal if you need quick access to the airport. The room has everything you need, it was clean, the staff was very smiling, we had a small problem with the room and I asked them to change it, there was no problem on their part. They have breakfast, when it's time to sleep and it starts at 4 am, which is perfect for an early flight. There is also a bus to the airport and back every 30 minutes, its price is 4 pounds. We walked to the hotel, but it's not convenient because there was no pedestrian walkway and we had to go through several roundabouts, which were quite busy. In the morning we decided to use the bus to the airport.

We had originally booked one night but stayed 3. The staff in the restaurant and the Italian manager were of great help which we much appreciated. Thank you!

Great breakfast and it starts at 4am! Great if you are traveling early.
