GGuest UserThe room was spacious and very comfortable! The location is great, and they offer a shuttle service to the ski slopes every day. Overall, it was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! I spent a long time choosing a hotel and finally picked this one because it had absolutely no negative reviews! I went there with the thought, 'How can a hotel have no bad reviews? I have to see it for myself!' After staying, I truly think it's wonderful 👏. The room had a view of the ski slopes! Plus, there's a bathtub so you can soak every day after coming back 🛁! And there are two cats you can pet!

JJiapingniansiIt's super close to the ski resort, very convenient. The room facilities are complete, the owner is very nice and patient, there's 24-hour hot water, and an elevator, which is great compared to some other guesthouses. The only downside is that it's a little soundproof; I tried to sleep in in the morning but was woken up by a terrible argument downstairs. If they could solve the problem of sunlight getting into the bathroom in the morning, it would be absolutely perfect.

And the front desk upgraded the room for free, very spacious and comfortable, the details are very good, the towels are disposable. Not only breakfast, but also free drop-off, too convenient!

NNicole1132Accommodation prices in Altay City have skyrocketed due to the opening of the Ahe Highway, so advance booking is recommended. The guesthouse rooms are acceptable, but the soundproofing is poor. My room, perhaps because it was close to the laundry room, was still audible with the washing machine and dryer until 1 or 2 AM. I hope the guesthouse will mention this when assigning rooms, or at least try to provide other available rooms.

MM271270****It can be said that it is the best time to live in a youth hostel. The quadruple room has a separate bathroom and a private cabinet. You can put a 28-inch suitcase. There are activities in the lobby at night. The atmosphere is very good. There is also a kitten. There is free flower tea to drink. I want to drink coffee shop. There are also sales, mainly because it is very close to Jiangjun Mountain. It is convenient to climb a slope.

WWaiwai350A must-try! We initially booked a room in the city center because we couldn't make it to Hemu after landing, and it was great so we went to Hemu. However, our friend broke a bone in Hemu, so we had to return to the city and booked this place again. The service was amazing! We had a lot of luggage, and they carried it all to our room. We mentioned the room wasn't warm enough, and they immediately brought us heating pads. Actually, the room temperature was just right, but our previous room was very warm, so it felt a bit cold. The hotel was fully booked, and when we tried to extend our stay, they couldn't find any. The owner immediately arranged another hotel for us and even helped us move things in and out. The hotel is very close to the ski resort, and the owner took us there and back. Their breakfast was my favorite hotel breakfast in Altay; the others weren't that great. Their TV can be projected onto the screen, which is really nice.

The rooms are clean, the beds are soft, and the amenities are complete, with meticulous attention to detail. The wardrobe and sofa area are practical, and the curtains provide excellent blackout effects, perfect for resting. Perfect for business or leisure, this hotel offers excellent value and is highly recommended.

Zzhou ping pingThe room was clean, spacious and the layout was warm. There is also a small terrace where you can enjoy the moon at night, suitable for family trips. The fly in the ointment is that the room was not ventilated before and the decoration smell was unpleasant. Fortunately, in summer, the window ventilation was slightly improved, and the window could be opened for ventilation all night. Because the check-in time is late, I don't want to toss again, I have to stay for one night.
