AAnonymous UserThis is a duplex-style unit listed as having two rooms. Essentially, there's one main room downstairs and a low-ceilinged mezzanine platform upstairs. The place was well-equipped with a projector, air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a washer/dryer. The host provided excellent service, and the location couldn't be better—it's directly above the metro. It's also a short walk (about 600m) from Beijing Lu and other tourist spots. Overall, it's excellent value for money. The only downside is the single bathroom. Overall, we are pleased with this AirBnB. Recommend for the great service and excellent location.

The location is superb, right in the city center. A few minutes' walk takes you to the subway station and bustling commercial streets, with plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment. It's incredibly convenient for getting around.
Check-in was a breeze; the front desk staff were warm and professional. Not only did they process everything quickly, but they also thoughtfully recommended local attractions and great places to eat, instantly making the check-in experience excellent. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully at night. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were also of good quality.
This stay was absolutely perfect; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!
Ambiance: The ambiance was fantastic, very clean with no strange odors, and the decor was lovely. Great value for money!

GGuest UserDimao provided us with a cozy two-day stay. There were thoughtful little touches everywhere, and every small detail was well-cared for. It had pretty much everything we needed, which was very convenient. It's not a luxurious place, but it felt incredibly comforting, like being at home while abroad. You could easily enjoy just staying in without going out. What truly stood out was how quickly every question was answered on WeChat – it made us feel completely at ease. Highly recommended!

FFuzefangfengComing to Guangzhou for business, choosing this hotel was such a smart decision! It's only a 3-minute walk to Guangzhou East Railway Station, so I never have to rush for my high-speed train again. The surrounding area is full of shopping districts, so I can go for a stroll and enjoy some local specialties in the evenings. The hotel staff are warm and welcoming, and the room is clean. Five stars, highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserI took awhile to consider if I would make this review. But I hope the review will allow others to make a better informed decision.
1. The staff are helpful.
- When we asked for their address to have our taobao items sent to them, they offered the address quickly.
- We were also able to request for additional water bottles without additional costs.
- When the washing machine became stuck and we couldn’t remove our clothes from it, the staff very quickly came to try and resolve the issue for us.
2. The room is big.
We stayed as 3 Adults & 2 kids. There was sufficient space to move around and allowed us to open our huge luggage.
3. Cleanliness leaves us doubtful.
There were mold, and a cigarette butt around the place. 1 thing that annoyed me was when I told the staff about the cigarette butt, there was no apology but just acknowledgement. I accept that it might be my expectations on service standards that I feel a cig butt is completely not acceptable.
The ‘kitchen’ cardboard also looks worn out, and as others have pointed out, there is nothing in it. (Eg: pots, pans, cups, bowls). We didn’t need anything so it did not really affect us.
4. Provided equipment.
The refrigerator was turned off when we we arrived. We could turn it on but because we had to turn it on, our food couldn’t be placed in the refrigerator immediately. The refrigerator also wasn’t really cold. We eventually decided to leave it in the ‘room temperature’ since our air conditioning temperature was cooler than the fridge.
The water heater was hard to predict as we did not know how to use it. The water was burning hot sometimes and regular other times throughout the duration of the shower. This meant that while showering my kids, I had to be very mindful to check on the water every time I turned it on to shower / wash off my kids.
5. Location
On baidu maps, the location to the nearest metro was 1.3km. For adults it was walkable. But I forgot I had young kids. We ended up using didi more often because my kids found it difficult to walk to the metro. Also, the metro line was not the lines to the attractions. If you want to explore the attractions around GZ, u need to factor additional travel time / understand where to change to reach your attractions.

1. Location: very reachable to Beijing road walking pedestrian, next to Tee Mall, and Beijing Lu subway station just across to the apartment.
2. Elevator: before booking I was worried about another review about elevator, turns out the waiting time for elevator not more than 5 minutes.
3. Room: this room has THE MOST COMPLETE amenities. You got kitchen set, washing machine and its dryer, mini fridge, and projection. They give you shampoo, conditioner, soap, dental kit, face wash, make up remover, dish soap, even a skin moisturizer.
4. Cleanliness: the lady cleaner will be cleaning your room everyday for you. And the owner will ask uou first whether you like the room to clean or not.
5. Communication: the owner was super super communicative and helpful. Instruction to the building, how to check in and check out was very clear. You better contact the owner through wechat before landing.

QQuang MinhThis is a proper social hostel where you can meet fellow travelers. The entire building has seen better days, though. Staff is nice, they are used to having a bunch of foreigners. What totally bugs me at this place, however, is the fact that they tolerate smoking in the common area after 11 pm, although they also put up ”No smoking” signs. And people will smoke a lot. I know, it's a cultural thing here. If you're one of those, then, well, you found your spot. Otherwise it might utterly disgust you. Rooms and beds were fine. Big beds and cabinets although those were all taken in my room. Nice local vibes in the area.

SStevenJudging from the outside it looks like an old building but inside the room everything feels kinda new, the airconditioner was working well too throught few days of staying and using it throughout the night. The only way up the hotel is through the elevator so dont make the mistake of taking your baggage and going up the staircase. Overall, price was at the right point, pretty close to Chen Chan metro exit b and on the way from the metro to the hotel there is plenty of decent restaurants around, place would have been perfect if it was a little bit bigger since the table was pretty small too and not suitable for working with labtop.
