AAnonymous UserLocation wise good, super close to Ximen EXIT 1 and 6. The walls are just too thin and I can hear the next room door sneezing or snoring. Bathroom is clean, just felt like every else is flat. Room is quite tight. If you're not okay with smaller room, maybe it is not for you. But for a quick few days in taipei it is a good hostel.

GGuest UserIf you have ever stayed in a capsule hotel before, you know pretty much what to expect. The main drawer of this place is the location. Situated in the heart of Ximen, There are a lot of shops and places to eat that are within easy walking distance. The staff were very helpful upon checking are they created a very good first impression. The capsules or pods or whatever you want to call them were average in terms of comfort. We stayed in a mixed dorm and the mattresses were very thin so none of us got the best nights sleep. Also the walls are very thin and anytime anybody moved or did anything throughout the night, the noise was very apparent.. however, we were aware of all of this upfront and it totally served its purpose in terms of giving us a place to lay our heads for a few hours before returning home the next day. There are little TVs and electrical outlets in your pod, and while there are USB outlets to charge your electrical devices, both of the ones in my pod did not work. Overall, I would stay here again but not if I was looking for something that offers a high level of comfort or luxury

SSiva Rama 256Check in takes only 5 minutes and check out much more faster with 10 seconds with a self check out machine that will suck in your room card. Check in gets faster with your reply to the property telling them what type of room you have booked and what time you'll arrive. With booming businesses and too many bookings, the staff might get entangled in mess, so partially you reply is helping them to get grounded and avoid mistakes. The property is clean, neat, nice and next to easy transport and family mart and 7e.

JjeetsExcellent location 10 minutes walk from taipei main station..common area is good with free coffee and tea 24 hours..easy check in process even if you come midnight or early morning..lots of good restaurant nearby plus family mart right in front ..mattress is too thin i guess and wash basin right in front of a bunk bed if you get a middle room which is annoying ..otherwise its a good hostel..👍

GGuest UserThe room description was misleading. There's a window in the bathroom, but when you close the bathroom door, it's just like a windowless room. The showerhead was broken, and the room had a slight musty smell. The location is great, very convenient for transportation and close to Ximending. It's okay for a short, temporary stay. I had planned to extend my stay, but the price didn't match the living conditions, so I decided to switch to the nearby Sanyuan Hotel, which offers excellent living conditions, service, and value.

GGuest UserThe location was extremely good cos it near the mrt, surrounding with good food. But the only problem is that it not soundproof, can hear people talking on the corridor, and my room air-con produce a foul smell, like someone with BO stay before me and I had to use the fragrance stick provide by the room to put on top of the air-con to reduce the stinks. I thought i was booking a hotel but it was not(it was my fault for not really checking out), had abit of trouble trying to get into the building cos it need code to access.

GGeiorgiestravelsI had a room with a shower though a shared toilet - not a problem as the toilets were always clean and close to my room. The room felt spacious as it had the sofa area under the platform bed. The bed was comfortable and had lights/power sockets up at the platform. Even though there was no kitchen there was fridge/freezer, microwave and hot/cold water dispenser that can be used. There are tables and chairs in the common area. As advertised it is basement with no windows , did not feel claustrophobic to me. Points to consider: - need to bring own towels or hire one - There are steps that roll out to climb on the platform bed, it was very stable though I would have felt more stable if there was something to hold on to with my right hand - no way to turn off main light while in the platform do either have to climb up in dark or climb up , turn on bed light then climb down to turn off main light then back up again. Location: convenient to get so as direct line from Songshan airport to Xiamen station. 10 min walk to hotel. I used NYU hospital stop for getting around as it was closer. The hotel is just a couple mins walk from peace park which is a lovely place to sit and relax.

SSSisodiaI really liked this place. Despite the thin walls, it was very quiet at night and I was not disturbed (apart from one person snoring so loudly you can hear it in the whole place). Guests were quiet and respectful. There was lots of signs with rules everywhere and the staff were not very talkative so it wasn't a very positive atmosphere but it's fine for just a place to rest when exploring. I found it relaxing there. Toilets weren't the best but I never had to wait to use the toilet or shower. I saw staff cleaning toilets daily to a good standard. Note that you have to pay extra to leave your bag more than an hour after checkout and they have lots of fines and fees for different things so just check and make sure you are following the rules. Amazing location next to exit 8 or MRT and close to lots of food places and shops. I walked everywhere. Overall, great stay for the price

AAnonymous UserOnly stayed for one night. Booked it I think the night before or the same day. It’s cheap, for a private room with TV and bathroom. It’s quiet. The front desk, was very considerate at the time. The regular check-in is at 3pm, but she let me leave my stuff and go back at 12pm. That was only about an hour of waiting or even less. Just enough to have my breakfast. They have a pet cat, it’s the cutest thing ever. Basic necessities are there. Not really a downside for me, but it’s still good to know that you gotta take a 22-step stairs, to get into the elevator. It’s just how it is. It’s in a GREAT location though. Like before entering the elevator, it’s Mala Hotpot. Before taking the stairs, it’s Family Mart. And it’s located inside the Ximending night market area. I’d actually stay here again when I come back. If I’d need a private room versus dorm type. The only thing that needs improvement is cleaning the entire room: they haven’t cleaned the under bed really well. Like I was trying to look for my slippers, so I bent down and saw the previous disposable slippers are there too. False eyelashes. Dust. Hair. Used bottles. But if you think of it, why would you need the under bed cleaned anyway? Well at least for me. It’s not a super big deal. But I remember some people have allergies and this might trigger them. So yeah. It still needs to be improved on. And it might become source of insects, bed bags maybe? or whatsoever. Oh, and the electric pot wasn’t that clean as well. I think we shouldn’t normalize that regardless if it’s not being used often by every guest. I to use the water dispenser outside(which defeats the purpose of having your pwn kettle in your room right). Overall, I’d still stay here for the sake of cheap price, quiet environment and its location.
